The Metal Sonic in the games is the same one throughout all the games, so there is no Shard whatsoever.

The one in the comics is one of the 3.0 series, probably version 3.9 or 4.0 by now.

My universe is a mix of the games, show, and comics. So this adds more story, allowing Shard to exist here.

VG Metal: Lacks a personality, but is very cunning and quite the megalomaniac when he wants to be, also he can't speak. But I'm torn between if he could he either be mute, or just absolutely love hearing himself talk all the time.

Comic Metal: He doesn't talk much, often mainly to acknowledge that he heard an order or to threaten. He has more personality but doesn't show much yet, he's still new to emotions. Often very logical so don't expect much humor from him, on purpose, at least.

My Metal: I LOVE this guy! He's willing to show some emotion but can be chillingly unreadable when he wants to be. He has a sense of humor, it's either dark jokes or mathematics types, the type only robots would get. Also he's a mix of being mute and being frustratingly chatty, and Sonic rubbed off on him a bit.

FFTW Metal: Its an rp by @Justice_The_Soul !! You know how I said I loved the other one? This one is MY PRECIOUS BOI. (Must be protected at all costs!)

So in there he's actually around 30-40 years, maybe even more since he had a life before it. But mentally I'd say around 20, a very logical young adult is how you'd describe him. He'll crack a joke occasionally and isn't the one to talk much. He'll put his two cents in a story about something he knows about and is laid back more often then the others.

The reason why he had more of a calm and laid back view on life is because of the memory wipe he suffered when Mephiles first got to him, he doesn't recall any time before that. He's very trustworthy and sweet once you get to know the guy, heck, unlike the other versions of him he might even consider a love life!

In short, he's a sweet boy who's smart, logical, and protective. And will find clever (even if odd) ways to protects the ones he cares about.
