Bolt is one of Eggman's strongest robots, it often finds fun in teasing Cyber and attacking Metal. It often takes training too far and ends up being massively destructive. It fights to be the best, and will kill for the goal to be achieved.

Once Bolt found Cyber and shoved him around, it made fun of his weaknesses and such. When Metal stepped in to save Cyber and the fight got ugly and Metal almost got killed.
