1. Eighteen-Twelve's name was not only inspired by the War of 1812, but also by a "character" on a show called Farscape, a robot- or DRD- called 1812 that whistled the tune of the 1812 Overture. 

2. Eighteen-Twelve has no capability of feeling fear. While she remembers what it feels like, she cannot comprehend it anymore after she was given a Lobotomy. Scientists were trying to see if they could mutate the brain to not sense fear, in order to enhance soldiers positioned in extremely dangerous situations. Eighteen-Twelve was experimented on, and the operation worked, but the project was defunded soon after as it was "unethical and impractical".

3. She was originally going to have one green eye and one hazel eye, but as Labrat, Threekings, Kingfish, and Riftsight, other characters of mine, had this trait, she was given only hazel eyes.

4. Amara Teinois-12 was originally a robot character meant for a different story, but story-jumped and was made into a warrior.

5. 1812 was left locked inside the facility in which she was tested after the corporation foreclosed and abandoned the lab. She taught herself how to hunt the abandoned lab mice, as they were often well-fed and knew where to find things to eat. But because lab mice don't live very long without human care, many of them died off, and she had to find her way outside the lab.
