If I'm with a friend and they tell me their cold i offer my jacket.

Doesn't matter how cold it is outside, I ask them if they want my jacket. And if they say yes I give it to them

Hell, it could be snowing outside and i only have a thin shirt underneath. I'll still offer my jacket
