THIS IS A SAD BUT TRUE STORY

One day,an 11 year old boy asked his mommy,"What are you getting me for my 15th birthday?"The mother replied,"There is much time left."
When the boy was 14...he fainted and was rushed to the hospital.The doctor came out and told his mom he had a bad heart.
When he was lying in the hospital bed,he said"Mommy,have they told you that I'm going to die yet?"The mother replied yes as she left weeping..."How can you be sure?"She turned around from the door and said"I know".
He turns 15 when he was recovering and comes home to find a letter on his bed.
It says...
'My dearest son,if you are reading this,it means all went well as I told you.One day you asked me what was I getting you for your 15th birthday.I didn't know then but now my present to you is MY HEART'

HIS MOM DONATED HER HEART FOR HER SON...
