Tw: stalking(?) (I feel like there should be a tw on this chapter, but I can't figure out what it is)

  "Felix are you really okay?" Yoon asked as soon as he closed the door.

   "I just..." Felix took a breath, "I just wish certain things would stay in the past,"

   "Did something happen between you and the guy who was just here?"

   "Not just him. Just everything,"

   "What do you mean? What happened?" Yoon asked.

   The younger shook his head. "I... I don't want to talk about it right now. I should get ready... I'll be out in a minute,"

   Felix went to his room and closed the door. Three years.

   How did Felix not notice?

   How could he not notice someone watching him?

  Had he become too comfortable? Too comfortable in the fact that he had Hyunjin and believed no one else could hurt him, not even from his past.

    "Felix, I would like you to meet Abigail, Elizabeth, and Alanah,"

   Felix smiled, "It is a pleasure to meet you all. Yoon has told me a lot about you all,"

   "Yoon has told us a lot about you as well. It is a pleasure to meet you," Alanah said.

    "Can we go now?" Abigail questioned.

  "Why? I don't want to go yet, I want to talk to Felix more! He reminds me of a cat!" Elizabeth stated.

   "Mom,"

   Alanah sighed and looked to Yoon.

   "We'll take Lizzy," Yoon said.

  The woman nodded, "We can go Abby,"

  Abigail was quick to get up and leave the café, leaving the four there.

  "I am sorry about Abby, she isn't really on board with new dating thing," Alanah said.

  "Trust me, I get it. You get used to something a certain way and suddenly the dynamic changes, it is difficult for anyone," Felix said.

  "Divorced parents?" The woman asked.

  "Not exactly,"

   Alanah nodded, "Well, you guys have a good day. Be good for your dad and Felix, Liz,"

  The seven year old nodded.

   The woman left with one last smile to Felix and Yoon.

“I’m hungry,” Lizzy said.

  Yoon chuckled, “Well, what do you want to eat?”

   “Ice cream,”
Felix laughed softly.

   The three ordered breakfast. Pancakes with a small bowl of strawberry ice cream on the side for Lizzy.

   “Do you talk to your parents a lot?” Lizzy asked.

   “Elizabeth, you don’t ask questions like that,” Yoon said.

   “It is fine… my parents and I don’t talk a lot,” Felix told her.

   “Why not?” Lizzy questioned.

   Felix pursed his lips, “It is a long story for another time. I have a question for you though,”

  “What is it?”

   “Do you have any pets?” Felix questioned.

   She smiled and nodded, “Abby has two bunnies and I have three hamsters,”

  “That is a lot, what are their names?”

“The bunnies are Mr. Wabbit and Hop. My hamsters are named Peanut butter, Chocolate, and Strawberry,” Lizzy said

   “That is very cute, Lizzy,”

   “Very cute and very expensive,” Yoon joked quietly.

    Felix laughed softly.

  “Do you have pets?”
    Felix nodded, “I have a cat and two ferrets,”

   “Oh, Kitty! What are their names?” Lizzy asked, eating her ice cream.

  “My cat’s name is Cheerio and my ferrets their names Snow and Jinnie,” Felix said.

   “Cheerio?” Yoon questioned.

    “He was a kitten when I first got him and when he was finally old enough to eat the wet foods I would sit with him and eat. One time I was sitting with him eating Cheerios and I set the bowl down and he fell in the bowl of Cheerios,” Felix explained.

   “That is a silly cat,” Lizzy said.

  Felix nodded, “He was a silly cat,”

    “And that is what has been happening for the past three years,” Hyunjin said.

    “How can we even believe that? I mean you could be saying all this to save your ass,” Yuqi said.

  “Yuqi…” Soyeon said.

   “He hurt my best friend,”

   Hyunjin set an envelope in front of the two women. 

  “This was the letter I was sent two days before his graduation,”

   Yuqi looked at it and her body tensed.
    “You said this was sent two days before his graduation?” Yuqi questioned.

  “Yeah,”

    “The letters… do they all have this stamp?”

   Hyunjin tilted his head confused, “Yeah, they do, does it mean something?”

   “Yuqi, what’s wrong?” Soyeon questioned.

  “If he doesn’t tell his boss, I will,” Yuqi stated.

  Soyeon pursed her lips, “You can’t, he told us to leave it alone,”

   The younger laughed softly and got up from the couch, “That was before this. That was before he was taking pictures and stalking him,”

  “Okay, hold on, what is happening? Do you know who sent these?”  Hyunjin questioned.

  “Yes,” Yuqi said.

   “Yuqi,” Soyeon said softly.

  “It isn’t our place to tell you, if Felix wants to tell you he will, but we can’t. However, we do know who sent them,”

   “How can you not tell me if these letters were coming to me and directed to me?” Hyunjin said.

   “Charles Hacker,” Soyeon said.

  “Soyeon,”

   “He is right, Yuqi, they were sent to him,”

  “Charles Hacker?” Hyunjin questioned.

   “That is who was sending those letters,” Soyeon said.

   “I’ve heard that name before,”

~four years ago~

   “Hyunjin, this is the company lawyer Charles Hacker. Charles, this is our newest edition to our company,” Hiraya said.

  Hyunjin smiled and held his hand out, “It is a pleasure to meet you,”

  Charles shook Hyunjin’s hand, “It is a pleasure to meet you too,”

    “Who was that?”

   Hyunjin looked up from his phone. Charles was standing there.

   “Uh, a friend,” Hyunjin said.

     “Sounded like more than a friend,” Charles said sitting next to Hyunjin.

  “He kind of is. I don’t know. It is complicated… but, uh, he was calling to let me know that he was in the hospital before any of our friends told me,”

   “Anything serious? Do you need to go see him?”

   “He fainted during class and was rushed to the hospital. According to him it was dehydration, but it is probably a little bit more than that. Our friends will probably tell me more. For now though, he wants me to stay here,” Hyunjin said.

  “Sounds sweet. What is his name?” Charles asked.

   “Felix Lee,”

  The man raised a brow and nodded.

~present day~

“This is a giant fucking mess,” Yuqi said.

   “This started after I told him about Felix… Does that mean…?” Hyunjin trailed off.

  “No, it doesn’t, this isn’t your fault,” Soyeon said.

  “But this started after he found out about Felix and I,”

   “Hyunjin, we promise it wasn’t you. It is complicated and when the time comes I am sure Felix will tell you, but we can’t,” Yuqi told him.

  Hyunjin pursed his lips.

  He wanted to believe her, but it was so hard to, when this was happening.
