Felix groaned as he woke up. Swatting at the fingers poking his cheeks incessantly.

   “Finally you are awake,” Jisung huffed.

   “Yeah, I am. Are we at the hotel?”

   “No, we are at a rest stop,” Minho said.

  Felix glanced over at the driver's side a noticeable pout on his lips when he saw Hyunjin was gone.

   “Prince charming went to the bathroom,” Jisung stated.

   “What?”

  “Nothing. Anyways, get up, go use the bathroom,” Minho said.

   Felix huffed and got out of the car.

    “I thought you hate sleeping while driving,” Jisung mentioned.

  “Uh, I do… I guess all the food just made me tired,” Felix said.

   Jisung nodded with a hum.

   “I'm going to go to the bathroom,” the blond said, quickly walking off.

   Felix sighed as he walked into the bathroom. Sleeping in the car was not good for the neck.

   He stopped walking when he heard Hyunjin and Jeongin talking.

  “I like him- I love him, maybe, but that isn’t what he wants. He wants a friend not a lover and I understand that and I will never push him to be more when he is not ready,” he heard Hyunjin say.

   Felix's brows drew together. Who were they talking about?

   “You can’t wait forever though… eventually you’re going to need to move on,” Jeongin stated.

  Felix could hear the hesitation in Hyunjin's words, “Yeah I know… eventually it may come to that point,”

   Hyunjin liked someone. Why did he never mention anything to Felix?

   “It is not really may… Hyun, you can't keep pining for him ten years from now,” Seungmin stated.

   Before anyone said anything else, Felix walked in.

  “Lix, hey,” Jeongin said with a smile.

   Felix smiled, “Hey,”

“Took Minho and Jisung five minutes to wake you up,” Hyunjin said.

  “Better than you. Took you twenty this morning,” Felix mentioned.

  “That wasn't my fault. You said you were comfy and wouldn't let me get up,”

   Felix rolled his eyes, “You gave in,”
 
  “I did not,” Hyunjin denied.

  “Yes, you did. I said that I wanted five more minutes in bed and you folded like a lawn chair. You laid back down and fell right back to sleep with me,” Felix said.

   Hyunjin pursed his lips. He had no argument to that because it was true, he did fold like a lawn chair.

  Seungmin cleared his throat.

   “So, Lix, do you think you'll be in a relationship any time soon?” Jeongin asked.

   “Ah, no. I think I have to work through some things before I get into another relationship,” Felix said. 

   Jeongin nodded.

  “We should probably go back out there, I think Chan got us all food,” Seungmin mentioned, turning off his phone.”

   Jeongin got off the counter and stretched.

   “You guys can go ahead without me. I have to use the bathroom,” Felix said with a slight wave.
 
    “I’ll see you back at the car,” Hyunjin said, slinging his bag on his shoulder.

Felix nodded with a small smile.
  The three left and Felix took a deep breath. Maybe it bothered him slightly that he didn’t know who Hyunjin liked, but there was nothing he could do about it, it wasn’t his business. Who Hyunjin did and didn’t like wasn’t any of Felix’s business.

  It just wasn’t.

   Once everyone was ready to go they all got back into their cars.

   “I still don’t get why we didn’t just fly to New Jersey,” Felix said, connecting his phone to the car’s bluetooth.

  “I think most of everyone agreed to the whole roadtrip thing before we were asked, so you know,” Hyunjin said.

  Felix hummed and scrolled through his spotify playlists, why did he have so many? Finally, he ust clicked on one and pressed play.

  Paramore.

    “I thought you weren’t into love songs,” Hyunjin said.

  “I’m not now, but when I made this playlist when I was probably sixteen I did,” Felix said, scrolling through the songs on the playlist.

A lot of love songs.

   Eventually after a couple songs, Felix had enough and changed the playlist.

  “Have you ever fallen in love with someone that you knew you shouldn’t have?” Felix asked.

  The two had gotten into the rhythm of just asking each other random questions.

  “In a way… yeah, I have,” Hyunjin answered.

Felix nodded with a hum.

   “What kind of love was it? Like was it the ‘Yeah, I love this person’ type of love or…?”

  Hyunjin pursed his lips and thought for a moment, “It is the ‘I would do anything for this person’ type of love,”

  “Oh, that is cool,” Felix said.
   “When we get to the hotel, do you wan to go to dinner with me?” Hyunjin asked, almost nervously.

  “Sure, where do you want to go?” Felix questioned.

Hyunjin smiled a little, “It is a surprise,”

  Felix nodded a small smile on his face.

  Still Felix’s mind wandered back to the conversation he heard earlier. It was stil bothering him, eventually (hopefully) the feeling would pass.
