I wake up from some faint sounding voices.
Slowly and carefully I open my eyes.. the sunlight seems to be brighter than I remember.

'Welcome back Calum.'
'What.. happened?' I ask trying to ignore the headache forming in my head.
'You don't remember?'
'No.. of course I remember.. but what happened after?' I respond.
'We got him, that's what you want to know right?' She answers.

'Any.. idea what he wanted from me?'
'He doesn't talk, the only thing he says is that he'll only talk to you and you're recovering from a blow to your head so.. I guess he's not going to talk.'
'I'm fine,' I mumble.

I sit up and feel the place where I got hit throbbing.

'I'm just a bit.. dizzy.'

'Calum lay back down and rest.'
'But what if it's urgent?' I ask.
'I'm sure it isn't.'
'Felix.. he showed up here, that's basically a deathtrap for him. I'm sure he wouldn't do that for nothing.'
'You're kind of stupid do you know that?' He replies.
'Just let me talk to him before you say something like that,' I mutter.
'You're hurt!' 'I know.'

'Fine! I'll take you to him.'
'Thanks.'
'Calum you're a lot of things but smart isn't one of them.. remember that.'
'Thanks again,' I say with a fake smile.

He helps me up and my vision is filled with black spots.

'One sec.'
'I told you. You should've kept laying down.'

Eventually we reach a room, the door isn't locked which surprises me since Levi could just walk out.. right?

Felix opens the door and we walk in.

'Are you going to talk now fucker?'
'If you leave, I will oh and also.. if you hidden a microphone or camera somewhere I will slaughter him.'
'Like I said there aren't any in this room, the camera is broken as you can see.'

Felix leaves after that and lets me behind all alone in the room.

'How are you feeling Calum?'
'Like shit,' I answer harshly.
'Don't be mad you attacked me first.'
'You were the one who held a knife against my throat!'

'Calum sit down, I don't have the time to argue with you about this.'

I sit down.

'Are you handcuffed?' I ask. 'I was.'
'Why aren't you anymore?' I reply.
'I broke out of them.'

He throws them on the table.

'That's not what they're made for.'
'Sometimes things can be used in different ways,' he states with a smile.

'Talk Levi, if you don't have time to argue there isn't time to chitchat.'
'So aggressive.. it such a shame.'

'Levi, get to the point.'
'The building is going to collapse.'
'Hold on,' I stand up, 'what do you mean?' I reply.
'There's a bomb in the building Calum.' 'How did it get there?'
'This company has enemies.'
'How do you know that?' I ask.
'I brought it in,' he sighs, 'there's a mole inside the building. I wasn't supposed to look inside the bag but I did. I gave it to them and came to warn you after but.. that didn't go as planned.'

'I need to warn the others..'
'Calum they will know I looked in the bag.. they'll skin me alive.'
'That's not my problem,' I mutter.

He grabs my wrist as he pulls me close to him causing me to lean over the table.

'You aren't going to get close to the virus if I'm dead.'

'What am I supposed to do now?'
'Get both me as yourself out of here,' he replies. 'When will it blow?'
'I don't know.. we have time I guess.'

'Okay listen Levi, I'll press the fire alarm. The building will get evacuated that way and no one will die.. alright?'
'Sounds like a plan to me.. you would be great on my side.'
'That's never going to happen.'

I walk out of the room where Felix is waiting for me.

He closes the door and locks it.

'So what did he tell you?'
'Nothing useful.. I need to go real quick,' I say as I rush away.

When should I press the alarm.. now? It could take a while before it goes off.. then again it could be happening every second that passes.

I decide to just go back to my desk.

I notice a phone flickering.. wait.. it's the phone Levi left me. I pick it up from the ground.
There's a new message and I decide to open it.

It's a picture.. Levi send me a picture of the guy who he gave the bag.
Finally something useful.

'Morgan?' I ask as I walk over to her.
'Yes?' 'He works here right?' I ask as I show her the picture.
'Daniel. What about him?' She replies.
'I just need to talk to him about what happened today. Where can I find him?' 'He's on the second floor, first left office block.' She responds.
'Thanks.'

I take the stairs down, it are just four floors.

Without a plan I walk into the office.

Immediately all eyes are lock on mine.

'Uh.. hey?'
'Murray, what's wrong?'
'Right uh.. who has been here the longest?' I ask
'Daniel.' 'Where is he?' I respond.
'Daniel!' She yells, 'Come over here please.'

'What?' She points at me as an answer. 'Ah, the son.. supp?'
'You're close to my dad right?'

I just hope that's the case.

'I am.'
'Is he a..' 'Calum I'm sorry but I have lunch meeting, I need to go.'

He hits my shoulder as he walks past me. Checking his watch.

'I'm sorry for that.' 'No it's fine, I'll talk to him later I guess.. thanks!'

I walk out of the office and quietly follow the man.
I watch him leave the building.. he isn't going to have lunch.
It's four pm.

I run to the nearest fire alarm and smash it.

Again an alarm starts ringing.
This time everyone makes their way outside.

'

'Was this a test? I don't see a fire.' 'There is,' I mumble back.

Everyone's name gets written down.

I make my way over to Felix, who's clearly stressed.

'What's wrong?' 'Rose is still inside.'

I look around to confirm.

'And Levi is as well isn't he?'
'I'm not concerned about that Calum,' he says harshly.
'You should because he's our only way to the virus.'

I run towards the building and push the people away from me who are trying to stop me.

'Calum! The keys!'

I turn around to catch the keys he's throwing at me and decide to keep running as quickly as I can.

I rush up the stairs to the fourth floor, both Rose and Levi should be there.

I notice Rose laying on the floor.

'Rose! Are you okay?'
'Get this thing off me!' She shouts.

Just now I notice the end table trapping her.
I quickly lift up the thing as she gets out.

'Thanks someone knocked it over,' she explains.
'Rose make your way outside, I will follow.' She nods and runs away.

I make my way over to the room where Levi still should be in.

I unlock the door and push it open.

'You came for me?' He asks confused.
'Well you didn't get out yourself.'
He sniggers. 'Come on we need to get out of here,' I state.
'Alright lead the way.'

When we reach the third floor the floor underneath us starts shaking.

'Calum to the right.' 'What?'
'Dammit Calum,' He pushes me in front of him, 'Run to the right side of the building.'

I just do what he says I mean.. he wants to get out of here as well.
The problem is that we're on the far left.

'Was this the bomb?' I ask still running. 'Yupp, it exploded on the left side.' 'Why are we going to the right?'
'Because..'

He can't finish his sentence as the building starts tipping over.

He runs past me.. he's faster than me and clearly putting his life above mine.

I feel how my body falls back and crashes against a wall? A window? I don't even know.

Luckily I'm not the only one to die since he falls on top of me.

'Jee you're heavy,' I mutter.
'Calum.. no time for jokes..'

I turn my head a bit to look at the surface I'm on.. a window.. of course.

'Don't move,' he whispers.
Why he's whispering? I don't even know.

His head is hovering above mine as I'm trapped between the window and his body.

'I don't think I can move prick,' I reply. 'Do you want to die?'
'No?' 'Stop joking then.'

His head is really close to mine actually.. really close.

'Calum?' 'Fuck it.'

I move my head up a bit and our lips nearly brush.
I softly press my lips onto his and move back after that.
My body feels like it's about to explode like the building did.

'Does danger make you horny or something?'
'That.. that was my first time,' I mumble to myself.
'Calum why did you kiss me?'
'Well.. I'm going to die anyway.'
'Why?' 'The glass is going to break.'
'Why?' 'That's what happens in movies.'

He shakes his head as he rolls to a side with a wall.

'This isn't a movie Calum,' he extends his hand, 'come on let's go.'

I want to take a hold of his hand as the surface underneath me starts to crunch.
'I told you.'
'I almost got you come on.. be quick.'

Our fingers touch as the surface underneath me breaks.

This is it.. I'm done for.. at least I died as a hero, I got everyone out of this building.
