Hello!😀 Check out this Ezra and Maul tribute! Anyway continuing.

Ezra's pov

I was awakened by a clap of thunder and lightning, guess it was raining. I hate rain storms. The lighting. The thunder. It frightens me... Kanan can't know. I buried my face into Kanan's chest and wrapped my arms around him, trying to avoid the storms  affects. I jumped a little though when a boom was sounded outside, this was going to be a long night...

Kanan's pov

I felt movement in my arms and Ezra tucking his face into me. Must be tried. I heard thunder outside and saw lightning flashes through the windows. Rain storm... But then I heard something else. I wasn't coming from outside. That's when I realized the sound was close to me. Ezra? Was it Ezra? I listened closer and found my theory correct. It was whimpering. He's afraid? He never told me. I smiled and ran my fingers through his hair. "Hey it's okay, I'm here." "Kanan? I'm sorry I didn't mean to wake you... I'm fine." I chuckled "You don't seem fine to me." "No really I'm fine." Right on que a clap of thunder was sounded causing Ezra to jump and cuddle closer to me. "Yeah sure." He all of a sudden started to cry. "Hey what's wrong?" "Nothing..." I knew he was lying. "EB?" "I don't like thunder." "So?" He seemed surprised by my reaction. "You don't think I'm weak?" "What of course not! Ezra being a little afraid of something doesn't make you weak. I love you no matter what." He was silent for a while until he hugged me tightly, burying his head by my shoulder. "Thanks Kanan." "No problem." I rubbed his back and petted his head. Soon he was asleep in my arms. He was so fragile it seemed at times, both physically and mentally... But that's what I'm here for, to keep him safe. I was too soon asleep with Ezra still in my arms. When I woke up it was light out meaning... We over slept. I woke up Ezra and had him help us pack up his things. "We can bring these boxes with us for supplies. It's not too far of a walk." Ezra nodded and made sure he had everything. Once he was finished we put the boxes on hover mode and turned to leave. Ezra suddenly stopped and turned back. "Almost forgot!" He went back into the wearhouse and returned with a pad in hand. He looked at me sheepishly. "Music." I smile gave him a smile and nodded. We then started the walk to the pick up site. It was about a two hour walk and when we arrived the crew was already there. I forgot to tell them that I found Ezra... And that I was adopting him... The crew immediately ran out to see him. The first one to get to him though was Hera. She pulled him into a mama bear hug and kissed his forehead. "Don't ever do that again!" We were all soon in a huge group hug. It eventually broke and so we headed inside to get settled. Me and Ezra still had not told them the news yet. We decided at the dinner table tonight, but in the meantime we just wanted to get our stuff back in the rooms. I was in the bathroom brushing my teeth when I heard humming coming from me and Ezra's bedroom. I looked in the room to find Ezra really into his music with his earbuds in. He noticed me and really didn't care. "What? This is a good song! Don't judge me!" "Wanna put it on a speaker?" He smiled and grabbed the connector cord to hook up the music. We soon had music blasting while we were cleaning up the room. I then heard Ezra start to sing a long to the song. He sounded good.

Once the song was over I started to clap, he just grinned and took a bow. "Boys dinner's ready!" We hurried up downstairs to tell them then news about the adoption.
