So yah okay. I got to tell you all something and i know some may not read this but you have to understand whats wrong. I have depression, my friend has depression her name is Pesantlirious. She's not like other girls but thats okay. She may be different but i am too. She may be loud or shy and quiet. But that dose not make her who she is...to know someone who have to see whats on the inside. You can call me weird or ugly, fat, not perfect, or a loner and to tell you something those may be true but there NOT. Those words do not make a person. Pesantlirious has a book about her depressions and i wont you to read it. I know it werid but you get to understand us better. The video at top explained what is happening to us. We have to many chains to where we can't get around, and were stuck were we didn't want to be.

If you fall there will be sadness and gerf so go and help someone in need insted of being a little jerk. Who thinks that it won't matter in the end. I'm trying to stop because a friend is helping me. But what about everyone else. So lets all grab hands and face our fears together and do something about all the depression and self downers in our world.

Go out and do something that will make a difference. An help my friend and give her the love and kindness that she needs.
