Kanan pov
I was in the cockpit with Hera when we got a transmission. Hera answered it:
"Hello rebels." The inquisitor said coldly. Hera was about to hang up when the inquisitor said "I have the Padawans." My heart stopped. He smirked. "and if you ever want to see them again surrender, or..." his smirk grew"...they shall die."
Hera gasped. I just stared at the transmission.
"Then where are they?" I asked not seeing them.
"Right here." Four troopers dragged in cuffed Ezra and Faith. They shove them to their knees, and they were gagged. I could tell they were trying to say something but couldn't.
"I'll just let you watch this." He left and the four troopers shot them in the leg and the shoulder. Ezra comforted Faith. They soon blacked out because of blood lose.
Then the transmission ended.
Hera cried into my shoulder and I stared off into space.
