Quaritch POV

After what just happened we headed back to base. What happened back there wasn't like anything I've ever faced in my life. Whatever attacked us back there in the forest it caused us to lose our one way to get Jake Sully. Not only did we lose Jake Sully but we also lost his little family including my own spawn from my old life.

I needed answers to know what I was up against. Me and my Recons were all startled from what we faced. Once we were back at the base I rushed straight towards Ardmore and demanded for answers.

Quaritch: "Ardmore I need answers now!"

Ardmore: "how can I help you colonel?"

Quaritch: "I need to know what we're up against out there!"

Ardmore: "What do you mean colonel?"

Lyle: "We almost died again!"

The woman seem confused on what the Recons were referring to. I got more frustrated by her not knowing.

Lyle: "We were just attacked by an unknown monster that was the size of a fucking building!"

Z-dog: "Our weapons did nothing to it but made it mad!"

Ardmore: "Show me."

Lyle walks over to her and hands over the footage that was taken. She watches the footage and was shocked to see what was captured on the camera.

Ardmore: (Sigh) "I guess he got out. I just didn't know it was too soon."

Quaritch: "What are you talking about?"

Ardmore: "Let me show you..."

And walks away to the computer console and pull up some files. She then pulls up a video on an old file.

Ardmore: "Colonel say hello to Godzilla"

The video plays showing the giant monster that they face earlier but this time the footage was captured on Earth. The footage plays more clips of the creature across the world. She then pulls up a photo of the creature up close.

Everyone in the room had their own thoughts on what this was.

Quaritch: "What is that?"

Ardmore: "They're called Titans, legendary creatures that still live, this one in particular is the alpha Titan called Godzilla."

Lyle: "Godzilla?"

Me and my team were confused by this creature's name. Our Earth had giant monsters? How come we never seen these monsters?

Ardmore: "These creatures have been around for for millions of years. We thought they had gone extinct years ago but we found the last remaining."

We all were more curious on these so called Titans. Ardmore pulls up another footage of all the other Titans that they capture. She shows footage of all the others such as Kong, Rodan, skullcrawlers, and many more. She then shows a photo of a tall woman with a tail.

Now I was more confused. It just looks like a woman wearing a costume. What did this woman had anything to do with Titans.

Quaritch: "What the hell is this?"

Ardmore: "This woman right here is the original Godzilla."

Some of my Recons begin to laugh at her. Everyone in their room started laughing. They didn't believe that this was an actual Titan they just thought it was a woman in a costume.

Quaritch: "Very funny"

She looks at me with a stern look.

Ardmore: "I'm not joking"

Everyone in the room stop laughing and realize that she was being dead serious. Now I was getting more interested in these Titans.

Quaritch: "How?"

Ardmore: "Well colonel, over the time the Titans have gained the ability to look like humans, they can be the same size as a human, and they can also turn back into their Titan form."

Now that was very unique. That these creatures can look like us and also be the same size as us.

Quaritch: "Okay but what does she have to do with anything?"

Ardmore: "She is the one that fought most of our battles of other monsters. After so many years we have not seen her again. After some time a new one appeared but this time it was a male."

Now we were starting to pee things together but we still are trying to figure out bits and pieces on what she was trying to explain.

Z-dog: "So she's not the one that attacked us?"

Ardmore: "Correct"

She been pulled up footage of the male Godzilla and it was the same one we came in the contact with. I started to notice the differences and the similarities to them the female had different dorsal fins while the other had similar dorsal fins.

Ardmore: "This is her baby but over the years he has gotten stronger."

Now I fully understand ut what got me curious was how it got here in the first place if it was on Earth.

Quaritch: "But how did they get here?"

Ardmore: "We captured them."

Now it all makes sense but why did we have them in the first place?

Quaritch: "Why in the hell do we have here in the first place?"

Ardmore: "We brought them here as a weapon of last resort. Mainly we have them here to study them on the radiation in their bodies."

She then shows footage of the Titans in their human forms being studied by scientists.

Lyle: "Their radioactive?"

Ardmore: "Precisely, their bodies consume radiation, and the more they consume it makes them stronger. Your weapons won't do anything to him even if they're the same size as you."

Quaritch: "How many did you brought here?"

Ardmore: "All of the remaining Titans. During our train attack the male Godzilla managed to get away along with others that were being carried with him."

Now there's another problem we have to deal with. Not only am I going to have to deal with Jake Sully but also giant indestructible monsters.

Quaritch: "What do we do then?"

Ardmore: "First we track Godzilla, he may lead us to Jake Sully, and then we'll move forward from there."

Quaritch: "Understood ma'am."

Jake's POV

When we got back to home base me and my family were discussing what happened. Neither Norm or Max could find anything on Pandora that's related to what we have saw.

Neytiri had no idea what it was. Kiri show them a sketch on what she had seen. Norm and Max couldn't find anything in their database on this monster. Earlier me and my mate we're arguing on about leaving the clan. It ended with a bunch of cries.

Me and my son were currently arguing at the moment on if the creature was a threat or not.

Lo'ak: "Come on dad"

Jake: "You don't even know where he came from or what the hell he is!"

Lo'ak: "But he just saved us!"

Jake: "It could have killed us all!"

Mo'at: "That's Enough!"

Everyone went silent as Mo'at entered the room. She must have heard all of us arguing over the monster.

Mo'at: "Why you all bickering?"

Lo'ak: "Dad thinks that the monster that we seen was bad"

Neytiri: "Lo'ak!"

Mo'at: "What does this monster look like?"

Kiri walks up to her grandmother and hands her the sketch she had draw. After her a few seconds she gasp.

Mo'at: "It can't be..."

Neytiri: "What is it mother?"

Mo'at: "Ewya's champion..."

Jake: "What are you talking about?"

We were all confused on what she meant. She then turned from the sketch in her hand to face us.

Mo'at: "Many years ago our ancestors believe that Ewya will summon a champion from another world."

This left us all in shock, how come we never heard about this?

Jake: "How come we never heard of this?"

Mo'at: "Because it was never told when she would summon the champions but it was foretold of what the champion would look like and how big he would be."

Neytiri and I were left shocked if anyone knew about this creature it would probably be her. She knew more about Ewya than I would ever know.

I just hope she's right.
