The day began as normal as a dray could. At least for the life of an avenger. I was circling as thor and a troll named Ulik from Asgard's underworld fight. Thor had told me I should not attack, but I couldn't let him get hurt, so I decided to shoot some fireballs when Ulrik came too close. Thor sent me some glances but never told me to come down. So soon, I had my fill and dove down and pushed Ulik to the ground with my claws. They scarred him over the shoulder and his back. he let go of the giant ax he was holding as he fell to the ground, unconscious. "I thought I told you not to attack," thor huffed as I just rolled my eyes. I knew he was protecting me, but I am a dragon; I can take care of myself. Soon tony arrived at the scene and walked over to the ax. But as he was about to take it, a few Doom dogs appeared and snapped at him. 

I roared angrily, and they fled, but unfortunately with the ax. Thor was furious, and I ran over to him to comfort him. We then flew back to the tower with Ulik in my claws. We landed at the helipad, and I took Ulik in my mouth but was careful not to hurt him too much. I then tossed him into the cell with glass doors, and Tony locked it. We then decided to wait until he was awake, so I curled up on the floor with my tail around me. Thor sat down beside me, and so did Cap.   Soon Ulik woke and looked around.

I had been watching him when his eyes met mine. They shot wide in fear . "why are you here, beast? Shouldn't you be tearing them apart?" I rolled my eyes at his words and stood up from the ground, and headed over to the glass wall. "what I do here with them is none of your business, Troll. They're my friends, and I will not have you talk bad about them. Now tell me, why did you come to this world with that ax.?" I growled as I sat down. My head toward slightly, but I could still see him. Being a full-fleshed dragon, I could shrink myself to any size of my liking. As for now, I wanted to be small enough to fit inside the tower. 

"I came to end Odinson. All of us in the underworld despite him. I just wanted to see if the prophecy is true. And I will not let anyone stop me from that," I chuckled and cocked an eyebrow. "It looks like we already did. And what prophecy are you talking about? that one with the Midgard serpent?" Ulik nods as my face falls. I knew very well who this serpent was, and I didn't like him at all. He was captured and driven from Asgard long ago, but he still came to my land and tried to kill the king and queen. He did hurt me, but not on the outside but mentally. he killed my best friend for nothing. I would never forgive him for that. When he shows up, I will show who the natural alpha, or in my way, the luna. 

I shook out of my thoughts as I heard thor walk up behind me. "You will not kill me, Ulik. With my friend's help, I am unstoppable." thor says with a small smile as he is beside me and pats my scaly neck. "And this serpent hasn't shown up yet," Tony says. ulik then reeks of anger, and he then starts babbling about something that we just shut out thanks to the soundproofing in the glass walls. "again, with that ax and its prophecy. What say the prophecy then if it's so important?" Tony sighed. I shook my head and nudged thor in the arm with my snout. "you'll have to take this, the thunder god. I am not explaining it," I chuckled as I left the room. "any luck with the troll?" nat asked as I slumped down on the floor. "Nah, just about the prophecy thing and such. But he told me something tho. That ax calls upon one of the most horrible monsters in Norse history. The Midgard serpent. A gigantic serpent with a thirst for discretion. And soon as it is loose, it'll grow in size to consume the earth." I licked my paw as I let my words sink into nat and clint, who sat beside me on the sofa.

Hours went by, and the Midgard serpent hadn't arrived yet, but I had a feeling it would soon. And I was right. The earth rumbled, and I heard the roar of it. It shook me down to the bone, but I refused to let it scare me. I had only one thing in mind. Revenge. I stood up and went out on the helipad. I then let my body grow as I was big enough to face the serpent. I shook my head and spread my enormous wings. I then set off towards the snake.

as Dalinda arrived, the serpent was already causing massive destruction. But it stopped as soon as the giant dragon landed in its way. the dragon folded her wings and looked the worm right in the eyes, glaring icy glares. "so you decide to come to form your cower place, worm?" Dalinda hissed with venom lacing her voice. The serpent glared back, offended. "I was released; why not do my thing?" he snapped back. Dalinda growled loudly, but then it burst in her. The alpha incident became intense, and she jumped on the Midgard serpent, biting down on his neck while clawing him with her black claws at the shoulders. Soon the rest of her team came just as Dalinda had the Midgard serpent pinned to the ground with her mouth open as a threat over its throat. Both beasts were panting and bloody. 

"Do you yield?" she growled, her voice low and menacing. The serpent squirmed and soon fell limb from shock and nodded his head. Dalinda gave the last growl before letting her claws of the throat and shoulders of the serpent. "go back to your hole before I change my mind," she stranded, and the worm was off. a portal opened, and the snake rushed in. Dalinda sighed before shaking herself and turning to her teammates, who stood stunned. "h-how did you just beat the serpent?" thor asked in wonder. Dalinda shrugged and spread her wings again before flapping them, making sure they weren't hurt. Then the avengers returned to the tower. They didn't know or just forgot that the ax was still on Dr. Doom's property. And he was about to use it soon.
