After a while of following the snake. I had run into there was suddenly a poof of smoke and the next thing I knew I was inside of some cave.

"Where are we, little fellow?" I asked the snake.

"My hatchling we are at Ryūchi Cave," The snake replied. "Follow me this way to the home of the friend talking about."

"Alright, do you mind telling your name and a little bit about this place?" I asked following him.

"The name is Jade and this is a summoning realm home of snakes," Jade said.

'I see that why it can talk it not an ordinary snake it a summoning.' I thought while following the snake name know as Jade.

I was inside of an old ruin temple following Jade to some kind of room that had a large white snake laying on some kind of throne chair made for a snake.

"White Snake sage. I brought you a hatchling that needs your assistance," Jade said.

"A hatchling," The white snake said looking at me. "Those eyes you must be from the Yashagoro clan."

My eyes widened in surprise that she knew my clan. "Yeah, my name is Orochimaru Yashagoro."

"Aimi and Kei Yashagoro child," The white snake said.

"Wait you know my parents?" I asked.

"Yes, my name is Lord Hakuja. They use to train with me when they were younger trying to learn sage mode," Lord Hakuja replied.

"I heard them mention training with a Lord Hakuja before but didn't know it was a snake."

"Yeah. Anyway, what do you need help with my young hatchling?"

"I need herbs to heal poison."

Lord Hakuja nodded. "Jade go to the herb garden and grab the herbs to help heal poison."

"Understand I will be right back," Jade said.

"While he going to get you some herbs I want you to have this."

Lord Hakuja grabbed a scroll from near his throne and placed it in front of me.

"What is this?" I asked looking at the scroll.

"It a summoning contract. Bite your finger and sign your name using your blood," Lord Hakuja explained. "Then you will be able to summon snakes."

I nodded and opened the scroll before biting my finger. I then saw an empty spot that was next to my mother's name who was name was right next to my father.

"Orochimaru Yashagoro," I said signing my name.

"Good now the hand signs are Boar, Dog, Bird, Monkey, and Ram."

I quickly did the hand signs and ended up summoning a medium size green snake on my first attempt.

"Impressive your first try and you already summon a medium size snake. Your pretty talented for a young genin," Jade said appearing next to Lord Hakuja with a herb in his mouth.

"I agree you definitely have the potential to become an amazing shinobi," Lord Hakuja said.

"So a new snake summoner name Orochimaru Yashagoro," The green snake said looking at the scroll on the ground then back at me.

"Yeah what your name?" I asked rubbing its head.

"My Emerald," Emerald said in a feminine voice.

"Nice to meet you Emerald. I should better get going. I need to get to herb to my teammates so we can continue the second exam of the Chunin exams, " I said.

"Right let me reserve summon you back to where I found you," Jade said before I was surrounded by a cloud of smoke.

When the smoke cleared. I saw I was back in the forest of death. I looked around and saw that the sky was turning orange.

'Looks like it sunset now. So I must have been gone for a couple of hours now. I better get to Jiraiya before he gets worse due to the poison.' I thought before summoning the snake name Emerald.

"Hello again Orochimaru, " Emerald said.

"Hello, Emerald can you look for one of these scrolls. While I go find my teammates to give them this herb. We need to take two scrolls to the tower pass this exam," I told her.

"Of course leave the scroll searching to me while you help heal your teammate," she said.

"Thanks," I said before taking off.
