Heard something in the basement,

Better check it alone in the dark,

How far into terror I could go?

The pounding keeps increasing,

Let me go there to scare them away,

Yelling for the unknown to show itself,

Felt someone breathe down my neck,

But I'm smart to know it was just wind,

Flashing the light in the darkness,

Not hoping to see someone in white,

My shrilling scream is muffled from the world,

And it's time for the screen to turn black.

This poem is about the cliche things which happens in horror/ scary movies and the dumb things characters do. And they end up dead. They definitely deserve it. xD :D
