Chapter 20-Wine?
~~~~Manami
I took the note from my window and starred at it. What does this mean? I asked myself. I walked to my bed and laid down.
"I wonder who that boy was?" I whispered. I sighed and put the note under my pillow and fell asleep.
The next night, I woke up and heard a strange laugh. I looked around and saw a flash of black but as soon as it appeared, it was gone.
"It was probably Grandpa seeing if I was awake." I shrugged. I took the note from last morning. I looked at it again. The only thing I understood was my name. I got up and got dressed. I put on a whit w tank top and jeans. My tank top said "I'm not not psycho" in black letters.
I smiled and walked downstairs. Helen, Puppeteer and the group were already up. I'm always the last one up.
"Hey guys!" I smiled.
"Morning ES." Puppeteer said.
"Hey ES!!!" The group yelled.
I smiled and waved. I sat down with them and waited for the group to leave. I wanted to talk to Helen about this. It's not that I don't trust them, it's that if word gets out about my stalker, all hell will break loose. If I tell Helen, I know he won't make a big deal. If I told the group they would go crazy and hunt him down making a huge ruckus in the process.
Grandpa Slender called everyone in to eat. Everyone began to walk to the kitchen but I grabbed Helen's wrist before he could leave.
"Helen...I need to tell you something." I said nervously.
"What's wrong ES? Is everything ok?" He asked.
"Yeah kinda. Last morning, I was watching the sun rise as usual and I saw this guy. He was watching me. The moment I saw him, he disappeared. He left this note on my window as well." I explained and handed him the note.
He read it and looked up at me concerned. "What does it mean?"
"I don't know. We'll have to find out. I can tell it's Japanese though." I sighed and took back the note.
"Have you told anyone else?" He asked.
I shook my head. "I don't want anyone to make a big deal out of this. It's not like he can hurt me. I mean, I'm a born and raised CreepyPasta. Who ever he is, he can't touch me. It not a big deal." I shrugged.
Helen sighed. "Alright. I'm glad you told me though. At least someone knows if something does happen."
I snickered. "Yeah like that creepy boy can lay a fingers on me. He can watch all he wants. I can just close my curtains and lock my window. If he breaks in then I know everyone is going to kill him wether they know he stalked me or not."
"True. True. Anyways, let's just go get something to eat. I'm starving." He said as he laughed a bit.
"Alright fine. Then, me. You. Anime." I demanded.
"I'm down. How about everyone else?" He asked as we walked to the kitchen.
"I guess." I fake whined.
"Be nice ES. They're your best friends." Helen snickered.
"Yeah yeah. Let's just eat. My mouth is like a waterfall!! I can smell the meat from here!!" I said drooling a bit from smelling the flesh.
"Bish you nasty." Helen said playfully.
"No bish you nasty!" I giggled.
We had that argument all throughout breakfast.
After we ate, I head upstairs real quick and decided to translate what the note said. I took a picture of it with my computer and google translated it. It says "I'm watching you Manami ~Kagekao".
"Who's Kagekao?" I whispered to myself.
"ES!!!! GET YO PURPLE HEADED EYELESS ASS DOWN HERE!!!!!!" The group called.
I laughed and rolled my eyes. I closed out of the tab on my computer and hid the note under my bed frame then ran downstairs.
"What anime are we doing tonight guys?" I asked.
All night we watched animes that the group has been wanting to watch. After everyone decided to hit the hay, I stayed up a bit longer. Every once and a while, Helen would check on me. He would walk downstairs and pretend he's getting a drink but he's actually making sure I was ok.
When I finished watching my set of anime, I finally decided to head to bed. I changed into a pair of basketball shorts and an old hoodie then watched the sun rise as usual. I watched out for the boy again. He didn't show up. When the sun finally covered the forest in pink, orange and yellow, I yawned and stretched. I swung my legs off my window seat and stood up, only to be met with another pair of eyes starring straight into mine. The boy from yesterday was sitting on my bed with a bottle of wine and two glasses. He looked at me as the face on his mask changed to a smirk.
"ワイン?" (Wine?)He asked.
I titled my head in confusion. I'm inferring he speaks in only Japanese. "What?"
"ワイン?" (Wine?)He asked again holding it he wine bottle and the two glasses.
I'm guessing he was asking if I wanted some wine. "Uh sure." I shrugged.
He pouted the wine into the two glasses and handed one to me. He took a drink from his as he lifted his mask a bit. From the way he drank it, I could tell it wasn't poison.
He noticed I wasn't drinking the wine. "ドリンク." (Drink.) He told me as he pushed my hands up motioning for me to drink it.
I sighed and took a drink. What a weird guy...
