Nandini's POV

Waterfall Resort...

"How's this? And oh yeah this one too. No wait, see this one..and no no this one, this one"

I rolled my eyes but o can't help but smile. Shaking my head I looked at my joyful best friend who is going crazy selecting her dress. She has already showed me 15 dresses that the designer brought but still have not decided.

"Take a rest. You look like about to pass out you know" I said watching her picking up a sea blue dress.

"How's this?"

"I think this will do. You have matching heels though" I nodded.

"God, I can't decide properly" she giggled "I can't believe I am going to get married" she looked so exited.

Siya my best friend and my soul partners. Since childhood we shared everything. There's no secrets between us. She has been dating Arghav for 10 years already and finally about to get married. The couple struggled a lot and soon they are going to achieve their goal.

"You don't need to dress up heavily. Beside Arghav is  already head over heels for you" I laughed.

Siya blushed at my comment. She threw the dress on bed "you really like to tease me isn't it? When it's your turn I will see how you get away from it"

"Oh, I am waiting" I shook my head.

"Mom told me to go with her this afternoon. I will be out so you get ready on time meet in hall"

I nodded "done".

After lunch I stood on balcony looking outside. The view is beautiful. Those tall high buildings and busy streets and people's wondering around it is kind of entertaining. I checked time on phone and sighed. It almost time. I need to get ready fast or Siya will eat me alive. Shaking my head I left the balcony and turn to head towards my room. While passing some other rooms a whispering noises made me stop suddenly.

I frowned. Everyone is outside then who is inside room and making this kind of noises? I walked closer and put my ear on door closely. My eyes widened when I realised what kind of noise it is. My cheeks felt hot. God, why I have to heart it? Shaking my head I was about to move but the words from inside made me hell shock.

"Ah....hhhh...Arghav be gentle baby, you are too fast" a woman moaned hissing.

"Oh ..you are so good baby" the man said huffing.

"Arghav?" I whispered. No no no. It couldn't be him right? May be some other with same name but that voice is...

"Ahh...baby" the woman moaned again. I want to leave the spot but my heart is pounding inside. My legs are rooted on place like steel.

"You are so beautiful, I can help but ravish you" the man groaned.

"You are saying that but you are about to marry Siya. What will I do?"

My heart sank down and I closed my mouth tightly with my palm. Arghav? How could he? No no no.

"Don't worry baby, only you are in my heart. Marrying her is something I have to. But Arghav's heart only neat for Sumiya" Arghav replied before he groaned loudly. The room filled will moans but in my ear those noises did not entered.

Sumiya? He is cheating with Sumiya behind Siya's back? Sumiya is Siya's cousin. But both of them involved in such term. Siya will break down. My hand trembled. I walked forward with shaky legs. Supporting myself learning against the wall I walked towards my room and opened the door sliding the card.

How come things turned like this. In the evening Siya will be engaging with Arghav and 2 days later the wedding will held but Arghav and Sumiya, they are cheating and stabbing behind Siya's back. Sumiya is Siya's cousin, how can see betray Siya like this. They even sleeping together. My eyes brimmed with tears. If Siya get to know this, she will broken hearted. But if she married then the hurt will be doubled and I can't let her do that. I have to break this engagement. I will not let Arghav take advantage of Siya's love.

I went to bathroom to get fresh before getting ready. It was already 2 hours now and  by this time Siya might be getting ready. I won't get chance to talk to her. Even though we are best friends but I really don't know if she will believe or not because Siya devoted herself to Arghav. She loves him more than anything. But I have to try, I can't let my best friend jump in a fire when I have the chance to save her. I finished my dressing up quickly and combed my hair without bothering to put any make up. Its already 20 minutes late as I ran out of the room and head towards the hall. H hall of this resort located on ground floor which is 3 floor below from my room. I checked the elevator but it did not worked. Clenching my feast I turn towards the stairs and rand down.

As I get closer I can hear the slow music playing on background. My heart raced. Oh god, please don't put the ring Siya. When I finally reached the hall, all the guests are gathered and there was Siya and Arghav at the center facing each other. Sumiya passed the ring to Siya with a smile. Evil hearted, she slept with her brother in law and now behaving like a true sister. I ran towards them. Siya was about to forward her hand when I shouted at my top lung.

"STOP..."

Everyone turned towards me. I panted as I stood in middle. Siya frowned at me.

"Nandini what are you doing? What kind of behaviour is that?" Siya's mom glared at me. She never liked me anyway.

"Siya don't do that" I forced my voice. I heard everyone gasped.

"Nandini what are you saying?" Siya asked softly.

"Please, don't get engaged with him. He is not good" I replied.

"Nandini" Siya's mom shouted "what the hell are you saying? Are you out of your mind? Who do you think you are to do such thing?"

I didn't paid any attention to her but looked at Siya "Arghav is cheating behind you Siya. You don't know but I know it clearly. Please don't put that ring or it will be too late"

"Nandini.." Siya was about to say when Arghav stepped forward.

"Nandini how can you slander me like that? I love Siya with my all heart. And you are accusing me like that? I thought you are a good person but you really are bad in reality" then he turned to Siya "Baby, I never thought of something like that. You know I love you right?"

I shook my head "stop lying Arghav. You pretended long enough. You are using Siya's innocense and cheating her behind her back. Don't you have any shame in your body? " I yelled at him before looking at Siya "Siya this afternoon I witnessed it myself. In the room near mine he was sleeping with with another woman. I heard him say he loved her and marrying you is nothing but a force"

"Nandini stop your lies" this time it was Arghav's Mom. She glared at me "how dare you accuse my son like that? We have long decided to make Siya our daughter in law and Siya and Arghav already know eachother from such a long time. They are in love. How could you say such vile thing about my son?"

"I thought you are Siya's friend so I let you be with her. I even allowed you to bring with us to attend this wedding but you- you will always be a orphan and even behave like a low class" Siya's mom shouted at me "now that you have seen Siya being so happy and having a grand wedding you are jealous and now trying to break my daughter's engagement?"

I shook my head "please believe me aunty. I don't have such thought if it were not for Siya's future. I will always be happy if she is happy but Arghav is not her happiness. If she marry him she will cry for life time. Please aunty I am begging please believe me Arghav is cheating"

"Shut up" she shouted and turned to Siya who stood there with confusion "didn't I told  you not to make friends with such people. Now see what she is doing? Breaking your engagement. Are you happy now? You call her best friend but she is stabbing you before everyone"

I hold Siya's hand " Siya please believe me. I am telling you the truth"

Arghav grabbed Siya's hand "baby, I will never do such thing. I can't even dream of it let alone doing this in reality. We have been together for past 10 years. I was always loyal to you and accepted every deman you make. I will never cheat you for anything nor fir anyone. Please have faith in our love"

"See, how loving Arghav is. Even so you are accusing him, he is still trying to make things better. This shows how much he loves Siya unlike you who stab her so cruelly" Siya's mom criticized.

"Siya" I called her name "you know I never lied to you since we become friends. I would never do that. I will always be happy if you are happy. We have been best for 15 years already. We have truce never to lie to eachother. I reall did hear him. You can't marry him Siya. He will destroy your life"

"Nandini please stop accusing me. I don't have any other woman in my life. I love Siya so much to do such thing" Arghav hold Siya's hand gently. Siya looked at him with confusion.

"Guards take this low woman out of this resort. Don't let her in to cause troubles" Siya's mom ordered.

I panicked "Siya please believe me. You know I will never lie to you no matter what. If I had not hear it I will never be accusing anyone, please Siya don't marry him" my eyes are teary as I hold her hand "I don't want you to get hurt and this will hurt you so much. Please believe me don't do this. I don't want to see you get hurt"

"You are still accusing?" Arghav's mom frowned "if what you are saying is right then where is the woman with whom he cheated?"

My head turned towards Sumiya who was standing behind Siya. When she saw me her eyes widened.

"What are you looking at?" She almost yelled.

"Why are you doing this? You are her sister but you did not valued this relation" I yelled at her.

"Aunt I have not done anything" she cried and ran towards Siya's mom. "Nandini is accusing me now" she cried.

"You really have guts  to even accuse my niece" Siya's mom glared at me "guards drag her out" she shouted.

"Mom what you doing?" Siya yelled.

"Can't you see, she is destroying your life. As a mother how can I let her do it" Siya's mom replied.

I felt myself suddenly grabbed by arms. I looked at Siya who has anxious face "Siya please trust me. Arghav is cheating behind you with your cousin. Please don't marry him"

She looked at me with confused face "Nandini why?"

"Because you are my only family I have and I don't want you to get hurt. I am your best friend, this is what I should do" I yelled back while the guards started to drag me out.

"Mom stop it. Don't do this to her" I heard Siya shouted at her mom.

"Stop taking her side Siya. Did not you see, what she has done?" I heard her mom replied before I was outside. The guards pushed me on floor before closing the door.

My body hurts as I winced. What I am going to do now. If Siyal marry him then her life will be in danger. What I do now?
