**Avni's POV**

I put two cups of white flour along with some baking powder and baking soda and two spoons of coco powder ... when two little hands gripped my blue night dress i was wearing...

Sam: mom what are u doing?

Avni: baking a cake ... do u want to help?

And he vigorously nodded her head on excited... i picked him up and made him sit on the shelf... i passed him another bowl and gave him a measuring cup to put sugar in it...

Sam: next?

And next i myself put 3/4 cup oil in it ...
.
Avni: whisk it now ...
.
He started to whisk it while singing a hilarious song he just made rhythming whisk with risk ... and i continuedly laughed at his cute fake accent... after his little hand was tried whisking or playing with batter ... he dramatically placed it on shelf and wiped air from his forehead... ookay my son is a drama queen ...
.
Sam: mom can i ask you something?
.
He said rubbing his eyes with his little hands while i finished making the batter and putting the drying and wet batters together...
.
Avni: of course, baby?

Sam: why don't i have grandparents... or any uncle or aunt and not even a sister or brother? Everyone has .. Riya Anaya Mayank (his best friend) everyone
.
And he made me quite... how can i tell my little baby that he do have grandparents... he do have an uncle and an aunt and a big brother too... i cupped his cheek and looked at him with a sad smile while he yawned and rubbed his eyes again feeling extremely sleepy ... i wish i could tell u about them ... i wish i could take u to meet them ... my heart ached thinking about my mom dad my brother and his wife or my best friend and my little nephew... who are there but not for us ...

Avni: can i pass this question?

Sam: umm ... only if u answer the other one ...

And i put the cake in oven before picking him and taking him to his room to sleep... he was struggling to be wake and get an answer to his question...

Avni: ask ...

Sam: what is love?

Avni: *chuckled* who told u about that world...

Sam: our PT sir and English Teacher were talking and Riya said they seemed to be in love...
.
(A/N: okay kis kis se school mein this was the top rumor... not in mine because we had male English as well as teacher and the female one was the crush of half of the boys... how could they make a rumor then? Also tell if u half crush on some of your teacher... i had on my chemistry sir ... like a huggee crush)
.
Avni: um .. love ..
.
And i sighed really thinking about me while my baby whom i now tucked in his bed struggled to keep his eyes open ..
.
Avni: well, it's a difficult question...
.
I said genuinely finding words to describe this beautiful word...
.
Avni: love is when u genuinely care for a person and its happiness... love when your eyed search for that one person in the room of hundreds... that is love ..

Sam: i look for riya every day in school ... m i in love?

Avni: well, that is for u to find ...

Sam: and does dad looks for u ... does he love u?
.
And he felt asleep after completing his sentence... leaving me with a difficult question... Riyaz- a boy i was crazy for ... crazy for his love ... roaming with him all day long and still miss him at night ... that was me the young me ... fighting with everybody for him ... to be with him ... but was he worth it ... is he worth all the tears i shed for him ... worth all the dreams i have left for him ... is love worth the pain .. The sacrifices ... the loss?  is love really worth them all???

Focusly applying a winked eyeliner, she tried to ace her look today ... for what? Well for going to drop her son to school ... or is there any other reason ... dropping and picking Sam up from school became the happiest part of her day ... Sam looked at her with her best smile ... he was happy seeing her mother happy...

Sam: why are you always so excited to meet him?

Avni: shh .. don't say it loud your dad should not know ...

Sam(whispers): okay okay sorry... but i m happy i like him... and his daughter too ...

Avni: why won't u ... u got a sister u wished for ..

And he smiled brightly.... Ri had already left for the office... she got a cab and left to drop him school... it was going to be exciting day ... she thought... they got down the cab and found him standing there looking charming as always ... Sam ran to him and hugged him tight and then hugged his new found sister... Avni came smiling at them and hugged Anaya first and then kissed her both the cheeks ... then she and him Shaked their hands and then hugged... while Sanaya left for the class holding each other's hand ...

Avni: thank you Sid

Sid: For?

Avni: everything...

Sid: ahh c'mon... chale abb?

He said forwarding his hand and she accepted it before giving him a smile ... and went towards his car and then zoomed somewhere ...

Wearing a check print trousers with same print jacket and a black turtle neck... Anu stormed into the office looking extremely panicked... and she bumped into her Jessica in that panicked state ...

Jessica: slow down anu ...

Anu: ya *deep breathe*

Jessica: ooh well actually u should not ... coz boss is really upset on you ... he called to his office... do u have to choose this day only to get late

And she gave her a "seriously look" before going panicked again...

Anu: ooh god why do i have to get that rude cocky boss ... ooh god please save me ...

She placed her purse on her desk and sip some water to calm her nerves... and then she went to the den of the tiger ...
