Hello there! This is Razor_Midnight speaking, I will be hosting a fantastic contest here today/this week/this time period between seasons. Yeah.

So...I figured rather than waiting around for the Fall Awards submissions to open I could just have a contest! Why not?

Here's some rules;

• Must be a one-shot

• Must be horror

• No pre-written stories. All new stories, please

• No cheating/copying other's work

• Only one entry per person

I will be judging this contest myself, so...I pick the winner? I think that's pretty straightforward.

What I'm Looking For;
- Something to scare me
- Developed characters
- Sensical plot

What I'm NOT Looking For;
- Flawless spelling and grammar
- A nice cover

There is no limit on words, it just must be all in one chapter. That's really the only length limit! I don't care if it's 40, or 4000 words!

I will be selecting one winner...and an honorable mention. Yes, there will be a few prizes for said winners!
