Bakugou had only seen him twice his entire life. One was a faint memory, something that he barely remembers, the only thing keeping it in him was the emerald leaf that was a necklace to his neck, the second one he remembered so well, Katsuki thought that him being happy was bad, because when he got happy, things get burnt, things get hurt.

Katsuki doesn't want things to get hurt.

Then he came again, instructed Katsuki to keep calm, keep calm if he doesn't want to hurt, with a patient smile on his face, soft hands wrapped around his and lead his hand to the small fluffy critter on his hands.

It didn't burn, it didn't hurt.

Katsuki keeps calm, he will keep calm.

"You're so well behaved for someone who's a volcano god." his 'mother' says.

"Bad?" She shakes her head.

"It's not bad, Katsuki, it's just not common, when people think about your brothers-"

"Brother?" Mitsuki nods.

"Your brothers, Earthquake and Avalanche, you three will be monsters together."

Katsuki blinks.

What is a monster? Why would he be like that? If it's bad, Katsuki hopes he'll never meet his brothers by then.

"You have others as well, but they're a mix of the other attributes, the seasons affect earth after all, but out of them, you and those two are the rowdiest! Well, you're going to grow up as rowdy as them won't you?"

Katsuki has only heard that word one time, when a very excited but violent man came into their village to drink some of the drinks Katsuki is not allowed to have, Katsuki does not want to be rowdy, he does not want to hurt, he doesn't need to hurt, so he won't.

He won't.

"M no rowdy." he mutters.

"You're not rowdy?" Katsuki nods.

"Not." He says, a bit more confident, his 'mother only smiles at him.

"Whatever you say."

The nice person who he called Midori comes back a month later but it felt like a while, he doesn't know how but instead of the man trying to find him, he was the first one to find him instead.

"Midori!" He yells, running to man, Izuku crouches down and opens his arms, Katsuki jumps to him and he was wrapped in a tight hug.

"You are so cute! I just wish that I could keep you forever!" Izuku said, squealing, Katsuki would like to stay forever with him as well, it seemed like a long time and if he's going to spend it with someone, it's going to be him.

Izuku lets him off to the ground again.

"Forest! Walk!" Katsuki said, pointing to the forest, it always made him calm to walk around in it, he wants to walk around with Izuku to keep him calm too. Izuku smiles at him.

"Sure!" He chirps, before they started walking Katsuki held a finger of his hand, his hands not big enough to hold unto the whole thing, the essence he feels in the man seem more brighter and more... excited? Katsuki isn't sure though, Izuku looked the same as before.

They started to walk through the forest and its greenery, for some reason everything just seemed prettier with Midori around, everything just seemed more alive, more colorful, it was really pretty!

Oh right, he has a question.

"Midori?"

"Yes Katsuki?"

"What is monster?" He asks, Midori stiffened a bit. He crouched down to Katsuki's level.

"They're very scary creatures and sometimes they hurt people." Katsuki frowns.

"Will I be monster?" Izuku shakes his head.

"No, you don't have to be one, if you really don't want to hurt then you won't, okay?" Katsuki nods before hugging the man infront of him, he heard a squeal before he was hugged back tightly.

"You are so cute! I just want to keep you forever!" Izuku says, hugging him tight and lifting him.

"You too! I want to keep you forever too!" He says.

"Well aren't you a little charmer!" Izuku cooes, kissing his forehead.

"Will you stay forever?" Izuku frowns, shaking his head, Katsuki frowns as well.

"Why not?"

"Can't... atleast not right now, but in the future, I promise I'll stay forever."

"Why not now?" Izuku smiles.

"You're not grown up yet, when you're a strong big man then I'll stay forever, okay?" Katsuki nods.

"T-Then I'll do my best to be like that!"

"Of course." Izuku smiles, putting Katsuki back to the ground.

"Come on, lets walk a bit more, okay?"

They walk a bit more, Katsuki still holding Izuku's hands, well.. fingers, he wishes he'll grow faster so he can hold his hand correctly.

They enjoyed their time in the forest, just taking in the sights and playing with the animals, even though it isn't as exciting as the first time, it was relaxing nonetheless, Katsuki hugged Izuku before the man had to leave again with a bright flash

"Izuku, it has been along time since you last visited here." Ishiyama says, they were currently resting atop the highest peak of flat land on the earth, an area over mountain Ishiya, of course it wasn't completely flat, especially with all the greeneries around.

"I've been busy, I'll be blunt, I came here for a reason." Izuku smiles, "I have a small favor to ask of you."

"Hm, I supposed there's no reason to deny, my ears are open."

"As you know, recently another lesser god has been born and has attributed to you and Enji."

"Ah yes, the god of volcanoes, have you taken interest in him?" Izuku nods.

"He is a charming little fellow who can control his emotions if needed."

"Oh my, someone attributed to me and is not out to cause havoc? Well I surely am interested as well. What do you wish to do?"

"Oh... nothing much, I was wondering if you'd let me take him under my care completely." Izuku smiles.

Of course, it would be such a great honor among gods to be taken under the god of life, to learn its ways. While gods do tend to mentor humans and lesser gods, Izuku has never participated in taking one under his complete care, he might watch over the others training sometimes yet never taking one.

"I approve however, it is his decision to make, not mine, please keep that in mind, and do not force him to do something he wouldn't want to do, however I'm not sure how Enji would take this news, I believe he'd be furious that you'd teach a lesser god yet had never requested to have him under your care."

"Enji is just like that! Don't worry, I'll take care of him if he crosses the line." He smiles, "thank you for listening to my request, I'll come back here once I've gotten his approval, worry not, I will get it."
