Emotions

Katsuki has turned into a teenager.

Life on the island is still the same, they feed him, make him wear nice clothes. He eats leaves and wood for breakfast, gets served different foods by lunch and dinner then he stays outside and waits for the next day, enjoying the stars, the mood and then the sunrise.

It's more of he doesn't think of things too innocently anymore. He gets the jokes that the adults make now, he finds them kind of vulgar, even for him. He's not sure he likes that way of thinking, yet at the same time it's hard. He's not sure what's a joke from an actual insult, so he just tends to take everything as an insult.

He tries his best not to become mad of course, and there's some warnings anyways if he ever feels angry, he starts to smoke, steam pouring from his skin. The palms of his hands gets to high temperatures, he almost lights a wooden mug on fire. Being a teenager is hard, he needs to get better control of his emotions, his mom says it's fine because he's just going through a rebellious phase.

Katsuki doesn't want to hurt anyone.

He doesn't want to go through a rebellious phase and act bad. Stuff like that, it goes against what he thinks is right, it's not right to hurt something or someone just because you're angry. It's not nice to hurt life like that, everyone has their own thoughts, feelings, their own motivations and goals, their own families and friends. They all have their own problems and their own battles, their own stories and adding up to any of that just because you want to hurt someone to release anger... it's blatant disrespect to life itself.

People, ever since from the day they were born, they adapt and adapt, they change and grow better, if you think they can't do a great job now that's fine, because in the future, they themselves and your view of them will change. Things you can't previously, if you work hard enough and change yourself for the better, you'll be able to do it. Midori has given everyone his blessing of life.

Anyone blessed by Midori are worthy and respectful individuals in his eyes.

That's why he hates this, the fact that he's itching to hit or hurt something, to release his rage and fury unto something. To destroy. He hates it so much, Midori would look at him and be disappointed by how hard he's trying, he shouldn't need to try, this sort of things... even a decent human being can understand. Yet his body won't cooperate.

"Katsuki!" Katsuki yelps, jumping back as Midori's head pops from the ground, he let out a soft smile before he disappeared and appeared again before him.

"Was that good? I learnt it from Mirio, do you remember that person who treated us food back then in the city?" Katsuki huffs, nodding.

"Well you know what they say, the sun shines bright on the most unexpected times!"

"Doesn't it shine throughout all summer?"  Izuku whined, hushing him.

"Don't say it out loud... Mirio's like a big stalker, you know?! Everywhere the sun shines... he can see everything! It's super creepy!" Katsuki nods.

"Why'd you come here?"

"Well... I've noticed something weird about you."

"Eh?"

Izuku looks at him curiously, big green emerald eyes shining.

"Katsuki, you've never used your power before, right?" Katsuki slowly nods.

"Ah! Hehe no wonder you're pent up like a volcano ready to explode! I guess it fits you, come on! I know you don't wanna hurt anyone or anything, so come with me!" Izuku chirps, reaching out his hands.

Katsuki gladly takes it into his.

"Sorry I can't hold you anymore, you're a bit too big for me too carry too!"

"...It's fine."

"Good good!" Izuku chirps, Katsuki closes his eyes and the next time he opens it.

"Yo!"

"...Midori I want to go back home." Katsuki declares. "My eyes are hurting."

"What?! Dude but why?!"

"The colors are too bright."

"Dude! It's 100% manly! The brighter it is, the manlier!"

"I think the term is the bright it is the more I want to stab my eyes while looking at it-"

"Katsuki!" Izuku scolds, Katsuki huffs, looking away from the redhead infront of him, he's still met with the disgusting neon colors of the temple that reeked of extremeness.

"S-Sorry Kiri... he's kind of pent up right now."

"Trust me, I can tell!" Kirishima laughs, extending a hand to Katsuki who does nothing but glance at it.

"You can call me Kirishima, god of emotions and anything related to it really!"

Katsuki huffs, shaking his hand out of politeness and maybe because Midori looked kind of disappointed that he didn't want to get along with this person. Well at least he seems nice enough? Not Midori nice... his own kind of nice.

"Well first off all, I want to give you a gift!"

"..." Katsuki stares at the ball he was given.

"I saw some humans squeezing it one day and they said it was a stress ball, I personally made it myself! It won't break under any circumstance-!" Katsuki takes his hand which confused Kirishima before Katsuki gives him the leftover still magma hot, goopy stress ball, Kirishima looked genuinely shocked about it.

"Wow! I didn't know you could do that, you're kind of cool, aren't you, Katsuki-kun?" Midori chirps, looking at him with glee.

"E-Eh... of course, it was... easy." Katsuki says his eyes averted. Kirishima's eyes widen before he breaks out into a wide grin.

"Okay then, try this one! It's heat resistant-"

Katsuki squeezes it hard until it explodes with a soft pop in his hand. Handing Kirishima its remains.

"Wow! That's more cooler, hey Katsuki-kun, when did you get that strong? Did I leave you alone for too long? I wanted to see Katsuki-kun's training!" Midori softly whines.

"I-It's nothing, I just didn't want to laze around all day and I don't sleep so I have all the time to train up my body, dad gave me a basic outline of what I should do."

"Is that so? Mhm I'll come over sometimes, I need to check this stuff out!" Midori chirps, "only if you don't mind though."

"Do whatever you want." He says with a huff, Midori smiles at him bright. Kirishima stared at them with a weird smile as if he's frustrated or something.

"What?" Katsuki asks.

"Ah well... eh, earlier you came in here so pent up but now... I can't even feel any sort of spike of anger or anything related to it."

"Eh, really? That's great isn't it Katsuki-kun! You managed to get rid of your anger already, so cool!"

"Y-Yeah..."

While Katsuki looked away, Izuku let out an impish grin to Kirishima, sticking his tongue out playfully he hugged Katsuki's arms and leaned his head to his shoulder which startled the blond, the surprise definitely looks welcome by the soft pink spreading through his cheeks.

"Since Katsuki-kun got over his anger so easily... I have all day to spend with him now, thank you for your help Kirishima-kun, you were amazing!" Kirishima looked more irked by that and they disappeared in a flash.

"...Izuku is... "

Playing with my emotions even though I'm the god of emotions! Ugh he's so mean!

Kirishima sighs, well he has time.

He'll make a super stress ball that's fire resistant and unbreakable!
