Anybody could be an eraser.

That was all stuck in everyone's advanced brains as they walked into a crowded fast food restaurant but they mostly relaxed smelling the delicious food that they desired.

"I want my room to smell like this," iggy inhaled deeply of the smell of burgers and fries surrounded them.

"It would be an improvement," Max smiled looking at menu but felt still on edge of the crowds and noise. They waited in line and shuffled bit by bit to get to the front as the pack of children stared at the menu in awe.

"I don't eat meat anymore," nudge announced to them all. "Not after seeing hawks go through rabbits and snakes... and other birds.. it's just icky,"

"What wrong with hawks?" Keith looked at her.

"Cool it hothead, your eagle not hawk," Pidge smirked up at him.

"But they're still cool..." he looked down crossing his arms.

Fang stepped up to the counter and ordered three double cheese burgers, chocolate shake, soda, three fries and three apple pies.

"Feeding a crowd?" The woman asked smiling a little.

"Yes ma'am," fang said kindly. Max gave him a look and he slipped a evil smirk at her. She turned to the children instead.

"You guys still need lots of protein, fangs just going to starve faster," Max told her family and he shrugged walking out of the way.

Max ordered two fried chicken sandwiches, two double cheese burgers, four fries, six apple pies, two vanilla shakes and a strawberry one, and two triple cheese burgers-

"And only the hamburger?" She asked digging through her wallet.

"You mean just the cheese and bun... no meat?" The woman blinked.

"Yes that would be great," Max looked at nudge who nodded back.

"Your guys get whatever, I'm not sure what's your metabolism," Max stepped aside for the Voltron experiments to order.

Pidge ordered for the boys and her all to get her of five triple cheese burgers, seven Mac and cheeses off the kids menu for Keith as well as six fries and three apple pies, along with two chocolate shakes and four strawberry.

"You don't eat meat either?" Nudge gasped in awe at the edgier member of the three outsiders.

"I've seen shit, not exactly appetizing with it scarred in your brain," Keith said flatly as she smiled proudly.

"I'm glad I'm not the only one," she hummed putting her hands on her hips.

"Whoa like what? Did you see gore? Someone's guts spilling out?" Gazzy tugged on Keiths sleeve as they stole a booth and put two small tables together.

"Try your mentors-" Keith felt lances hand in his before he gave the child to much detail of his past.

"Something like that..." he sighed and Lance nodded leading him to the table and sat down with nudge next to Keith as lance stole the window seat and everyone gathered and waited for their many trays of food to be served.

There was almost tears when the food was brought.

There was tears of pathetic delight when they took their first bites.

"Carbs I missed you, baby I'll never leave you again," lance moaned as he devoured his cheese burger.

No one remembered how to breath as they ate with handful after handful of food while they chewed as fast as they could.

Suddenly max and fang slowed down and glanced up at Keith and lance who both slurped on their shakes, they where tensed.

"Nudge Gazzy, Pidge," Max said barely under her breath. "Don't look up. In three seconds, jump over fang and out that exit door,"

They all continue to ate as Keith stored the apple pies in lances jacket smirking as if they where just joking around. Knowing better that they where storing it for later.

In only a second a burst of energy, nudge leaped over fang as Pidge jumped on the table and over him as Gazzy was between them, glued it seemed to nudge.

Suddenly the larger mutants where following them in long strides of their fast legs as max was the first and Lance was the last, loading his own gun while sprinting.

But a hideous snarl was behind them and max glanced back seeing an eraser emerging while they ran out the door and swarmed the parking lot. Max got in the van as lance loaded the children in and slammed it shut as he felt an eraser slammed him against the van but a gun shot went off.

Keith leaped over the van as max started it up and he ran to a sport motorcycle as lance was behind him and grabbed his hand immediately. The motorcycle started up as max was already figuring out how to drive.

Lance felt a proud parent.

Keith leaped on the bike as lance shot an eraser in the leg and max was driving off.

"Lance!"

Keith was driving off to separate more erasers from them but he looked at Lance with determined purple eyes and lance jumped up onto an erasers shoulders with his wings out and twisted his body down with a crack from the wolflike mutants neck.

Keith headed straight towards lance with a growl as he extended his arm just as lance leaped to the side to avoid teeth. They caught each other's eyes as if I'm slow motion while lance reached in faith for him.

Their hands clasped around each other's wrist and Keith swung lance on the back.

"That was so bad ass!" Lance whooped as Keith roared the engine of the bike following the van they stole as max was avoiding the erasers. The two frowned and gasped seeing max trying to turn but lance gasped looking behind them of three large black trucks on their asses.

"We're not going to make it!" Lance screamed over the winds.

They tried to loose them but max slammed into a sedan that surprised them all coming from the other side.

Keith stopped the bike panting as trucks surrounded them. He roared the engine ready to escape but he knew they couldn't leave Pidge.

"Pidge!" Keith screamed as erasers started to get out of the trucks.

"Katie!" Lance shrieked seeing an eraser rip the door off of the van. He shot it in the arm but it seemed to do nothing.

They heard max yell a command as erasers tried grabbing the kids from the van but they only saw iggy and Gazzy escape.

"No... Pidge go!" Lance screamed as she was being dragged out while she was kicking and screaming. She flipped back and broke the erasers arm as she leaped into the air with no running start. Gazzy grabbed her hand but she yanked him and iggy further into the sky.

Lance sighed in relief but him and Keith saw an eraser kick max in the stomach. And a claw grabbed them both.

They where thrown into a pile on the cement as Nudge was sobbing next to Keith.

"It's almost like you guys don't want to go back to the school," a voice chuckled sarcastically.

"Ari?" Keith breathed. He was kicked across the face as his ears rung and lance yell a disturbing curse back at them.

"Stop it!" Nudge cried as she hovered her body over Keith as he could feel the break in his jaw, laying on the ground.

"Your protecting the freak? Do you know what they are? They're not even human," Ari chuckled as lance reached for his gun only inches from his fingers.

An eraser roared and grabbed his hair and slammed his face into the cement as a boot crushed his hand near the gun.

"Think your tough blue? Don't think we forgot about you," Ari crouched down to him smirking.

"No!" Keith snarled as his eyes turned into purple slits with yellow replacing the white.

"Red, I missed that galra freakishness in you," he hummed.

Max had a dark look on her face as Keith sat up but aris boot remained on lances hand as he panted on the ground with blood running down his nose.

He finally released lances hand and the teen gasped clutching it to his chest.

"What a touching scene," Ari sighed looking down at all of them. He grabbed Max's face and dug his claws into her cheeks.

"We're going home like old times," he growled in her face.

"But where's the fun if we don't rough you up a little, like old times right red and blue?" Ari called back as lance sat up holding his disfigured hand.

"Like how you roughed up antok, or nyma," he smirked. Keith glared like he was the king of hell and just made aris skin melt off. Unfortunately it didn't really happen.

"Shut your mutt mouth before I make sure a muzzle stays on," Keith spat blood up on him.

Ari roared raising his chawed paw to make sure he does some damage to the fearless fighter.

"No!"

"Lance!"
