Me and Serif spent the night on the couch.

It was nice seeing my sister for once.

I couldn't tell what time it was when I woke up but I heard footsteps.

"Wha.." I said sleepily.

"Oh! Heh. I'm not used to people up so early!" Cassi's high pitched voice was reassuring.

"Why are you up so early?" I asked, confused. "You're the one who woke me up... Cassi-May was it?"

"Yeah, that's correct! You're Laila, right?" She asked, eyes bright, curiosity saturating her voice. She was so innocent. It was almost suspicious. Almost.

"Nobody in this household knows how to cook!" Cassi said picking up a burnt bag of popcorn "And this was microwavable! Jeez!"

I laugh a bit. Cassi has quite a complex attitude.

Everyone loved her!

How? I found myself thinking she is quite adorable.

WHY!?

"You're looking at me weirdly. Please stop!" Cassi flinched, covering her face with her hands. Was she shy?!

"Oh! sorry!" I sat back down on the couch.

"OW!" I had sat on Serifs legs.

"Sorry sis"

"No harm done." She smiled.

Nice to know she can smile.

I look back at Cassi.

She is a freaking busybody!

She was making breakfast and texting someone!

Holy crap!

I noticed something else weird.

Cassi always had her hair in front of one eye!

I knew it was just superstition. I think. Still. I was still tired though. I decided to lay back down and sleep for ten more minutes...

"LAILA!"

"ACK!"

"Hey! It just me!" Serif was standing there wearing a dress.

"What time is it?" I asked.

"12:34." Serif said.

"Wait what!" I yelled.

"Shh! I'm on the final boss." Cassi said, playing Legend of Zelda.

"She's been at it for the past 4 hours." Serif rolled her eyes.

I realized how cold it was when I went to look out the window "Brr! It's freezing."

"Heh, That's Snowdin for you." Cassi said "YES!" Cassi had beaten the game.

"Laila's about my height. My clothes should fit her." Comica said to Cassi "But I don't know how she feels 'bout anime."

"Anime?" I had no clue what that was.

"If Dad did anything right, he would have gave you anime time." Comica rolled her eyes and face palmed. Then I remembered "Did we meet before yesterday?" I asked.

"What?" Comica looked at me weirdly.

"Yeah... 'My name is Comica. Comica Gaster.'Right?"

"Oh My God." Comica looked like she had seen a human. "I was like 15 how did I not remember that!?"

"I dunno." I replied.

"I don't know how I didn't remember that but that means something bigger. Your linked to our mystery and Th-" Comica's phone began to ring. "Hello? Undyne? It's a Flippin' Saturday. Yes, I know I'm second in command. Yes, I know my little brother is with you. Undyne! Shut up! I don't ca- A human?! For real!"

Comica put her phone down"There's a flippin' human in the underground. I have to go with Undyne to check it out."

"I'm coming with you, Comi." Cassi said determinedly.

"No. You probably don't remember, But you almost DIED cause of a human. I cannot lose another family member!" Comica put on her royal guards outfit and left.

"Hmph!" Cassi looked at us with anger. "Welp, you need clothes." Cassi put on her cheery expression again.

"But the human, Should we-" Cassi shushed me.

"Clothes. Then helping Paps and Comi." She ran up to the room she shared with Comica. She soon returned with a shirt, jeans and a black cloak "The shirt and Jeans are Comi's but the cloak is mine." Cassi smiled. After I got dressed I came downstairs. Cassi was wearing her normal pink hoodie, a pair a blue shorts, and high-heels. She put a pink fuzzy coat over her hoodie "It's cold so you should put the cloak." Cassi pointed to the cloak on the couch.

"Yeah. I will." I say as I put on the cloak on. I notice Cassi taking her coat off. "Cassi? Why are you taking your coat off?"

"Sans is still sleeping." Cassi smiled "I Can't leave without telling him cause you know, I'm only 11." Cassi hung up her coat.

"If she's staying too." Serif said.

"I guess I'm the only one going then." I say. I wanna see a human.I do.If I'm part human, then what do full humans look like. I wonder.
