As you wiped off the sweat forming on your forehead, you tried to comprehend the rest of the map in your hands. Apparently, your boyfriend has planned something for this year's Valentines and surely enough, it will not be something ordinary. Because why else would he let you walk almost halfway the city under the bright morning sun?

This better be worth it, Chen. Or else you'll get a heart balloon up your ass.

"Okay. What now?" You grumbled as you took the final right marked on the map. It was the last direction indicated there. But as you looked up, your jaw immediately dropped at the sight.

It was an entrance to a maze.

Oh of course. Typical Chen.

Instead of feeling upset, you actually thought it was amusing. You kinda liked puzzles and thrilling things, so mixing that up with Chen's trollness would easily result to this. Anyway, you stepped into the pathway and immediately crossed paths with a note stuck to a nearby wall.

Chuckling, you folded it into a neat square and secured it in your pocket. Taking in a deep breath, you started walking.

THIS WAY --->

When you reached the first intersection, you saw a huge sign pointing right.

"Wow. That's convenient." Shrugging, you followed it. At first, you thought you were going the right way, but turns out, it actually led to a dead end. You could only laugh.

Of course. He wouldn't make things that easy. Sighing, you went back to the previous way and took a random path away from the sign. And of course, you came across another "This Way" sign that now pointed left.

"No thanks, Chen. I'm not falling for the same trick twice." You were about to laugh, but realized that the path you took led to another dead end. There was a note stuck to the end wall.

Haha. Tricked you! :P
Guess you'll have to turn around again. Palli! The ice cream is melting!

Ugh. That annoying troll.

Rolling your eyes, you turned around once again. This time, you just took whichever way you felt right, and thankfully, you were in the right path so far.

MOST HANDSOME MAN ON EARTH RIGHT AHEAD

You would have not followed the sign, if only there were other paths to choose. But unfortunately (or fortunately??), there was just one straight path to follow. You breathed a huge sigh of relief when you could see the sunlight shining brightly from the very end.

"Finally! There she comes!" Chen greeted you with open arms, but you just hit his chest instead of hugging him.

"That was so tiring you pabo!"

"What? You needed exercise anyway!" He laughed, and you gasped.

"I loved my fats! I didn't have to burn them!"

"So you mean, you love your fats more than me?" He pouted. You didn't feel shaken by his aegyo, so you just crossed your arms.

"Where's my ice cream?"

He gasped. "So you mean, your motivation to get out of the maze was the ice cream, and not me?"

You gave him an are-you-kidding-me-look.

"I'll get going then... Maybe your fats can cuddle you better than I do..." he turned around with slouched shoulders, feigning a very depressed facáde. "... And maybe ice cream can kiss you better than I do..."

"Chen." You called out seriously.

"...after all, I'm just the most handsome man in the world. But ice cream is the sweetest..."

"Ugh, you kid!" Rolling your eyes, you grabbed his shoulders and made him turn around. He was still pouting.

"There may be other things I'll want more, but in the end, I'll still want you the most."

He just blinked at you for a minute, while you just stood there, getting embarassed as you started to realize the cheesiness of your statement. A cheeky smile started to form on his face.

"Oooh. That was so cheesy."

"Shut up," you were about to turn away to hide your red face, but Chen cupped your cheeks to hold you in place.

"But I like it." He smiled softly. He was finally serious. "Do you want the ice cream now?"

Pouting, you nodded.

"How sweet?"

"Mmmm... The sweetest there can be?"

"Oh I see." A sparkle of mischief twinkled in his eyes. "Happy Valentines, baby."

And much to your suprise, he leaned down and kissed you.

And it was the sweetest kiss there has ever been.
