Vijay's POV

Charan, his parents, and I rush into the hospital. I see Pallavi and Nivi in the waiting area.

"Pallavi! Nivi!" I shout.

Pallavi turns and sees me. She rushes to me, hugging me and crying into my shoulder.

I gently stroke her hair to calm her down.

"Shh shh." I say.

"Em kadu."

"Nothing will happen."

She just sobs.

"Kurcho."

"Sit."

I sit her down and I sit next to her. Nivi takes the seat on her other side. Charan's parents take seats in front of us. Charan is nervously pacing.

I look up when I hear a noise, and for the first time, I see another person. He seems about 26, and is standing against the wall. When he sees that I saw him, he stands straighter.

"Nuvvevaru?" I inquire.

"Who are you?" I inquire.

"Anna, ithanu Nani." Pallavi introduces. "Nannu, Nivini kapadadu."

"Anna, this is Nani." Pallavi introduces. "He saved me and Nivi."

"Namaste sir." Nani says. He puts his hand out for me to shake.

I shake his hand.

"Hi. And, thanks." I say to him.

He smiles.

"Naa rendu pranalni nuvvu kapadavu. Thanks." I say to him.

"You saved two of my lives. Thanks." I say to him.

"Ayyo. Parvaledandi. Mee ammayini naa chelli kapadindi." he says.

"Oh no. Its no big deal sir. My younger sister saved your daughter." he says.

"Chelli...?" I ask, looking around.

"Younger sister...?" I ask, looking around.

"Maa akka kuthurni theesuku ravataniki vellindi." he replies.

"She went to bring our older sister's daughter." he replies.

"Oh. Avuna."

"Oh. Is it."

Just then, the doctor comes  out.

"Doctor!" Pallavi says, shooting out of her seat like a rocket.

"She is stable. You can go in and see her now. But only one at a time." the doctor says to us.

"Pallavi, nuvvu mundu vellamma." Charan says.

"Pallavi, you go in first dear." Charan says.

"Charan-" I start to argue with him, but he puts his hand up.

"Ledu ra. Pallavini mundu vellani. Akka chelli bandame inka mukyam." he says. "Ishika kuda aanandanga untundi."

"No man. Let Pallavi go first. The relation of two sisters is more important." he says. "Ishika will also be happy."

Charan's parents nod as if to agree with him. Pallavi goes into the room.

Pallavi's POV

I walk into Ishika akka's room.

"Akka?" I say quietly. I walk over to her. She's hooked up to a lot of machines and wires, and her head has a huge bandage over it. It scares me to see her like that.

"Pallu." she whispers, smiling a little. her voice is so faint, I almost don't hear her over the faint noise of the machines.

I gently pick up her hand, like its a delicate object. Tears pour out of my eyes.

"Shh." she says when she sees me crying.

We just sit there. In silence.

Hey guys! I have no idea what else to write. I know its short, but apart from my new book, Rendu Manasulu(Two Hearts), I haven't updated any of my other books. I just updated this one, and I am happy. Loll. Anyways, sorry for the short chapter. I have an idea for my next chapter, so hopefully I can stretch the next one out more.
