Pallavi's POV

I feel a hand close around my wrist, and my legs move without my consent. I find myself safe and sound, and a guy is staring at me. Suddenly, I hear a scream.

We rush into the hospital. Ishika akka is losing blood very quickly.

"Doctor!" I yell.

We keep running, and a doctor rushes out of one of the rooms.

"Emayindi?" he asks.

"What happened?" he asks.

"Accident."

"Nurse!" he calls. Two nurses come rushing to him.

"Prepare the operation theater." the doctor orders. One of the nurses nods and hurries away.

A few moments later, the doctor and nurse pull the stretcher into the operation theater. The nurse tells me to wait outside. I fall into one of the chairs, and a tear escapes from my eyes.

"Atha?" Nivi whispers.

"Aunty?" Nivi whispers.

I open my eyes. For the first time, I realize that a man and woman are with us. I hastily wipe my tears.

Nani's POV

"Atha?" the small girl whispers.

"Aunty?" the small girl whispers.

The woman opens her eyes, and sees us, as if realizing that we are here. She wipes her tears and composes herself.

"Thanks andi. Thank you very much." she says.

"Thanks sir. Thank you very much." she says.

I smile at her.

"Nani." I say, holding my hand out.

"Pallavi." she answers, shaking my hand.

I turn to Ayu.

"Thinu Ayesha. Naa chelli." I introduce her.

"She's Ayesha. My younger sister." I introduce her.

"Hi." they greet each other.

"Oh shit! Aarthi inka schoollo undi!" Ayu suddenly exclaims.

"Oh shit! Aarthi is still in school!" Ayu suddenly exclaims.

She says a quick good bye to the three of us, including the small girl, and leaves hurridely.

I stay with the woman and the girl.

"Meeru evarikaina cheppala?" I ask her.

"Do you need to tell anyone?" I ask her.

Pallavi's POV

My eyes widen in realization at his question. I have to inform Vijay anna. He is probably freaking out by now.

"Oh yea. Maa annayyaki call chesi vasthanu. Oka sari Nivini choosukora." I ask Nani.

"Oh yea. I will go call my brother and come. Can you watch Nivi please." I ask Nani.

"Hmm." he answers, nodding.

I walk out of the hospital and to the telephone booth and dial anna's number.

Vijay's POV

The call abruptly cut. I quickly call Charan, and tell him what happened.

"Pallavi number track cheyyi." I tell him.

"Track pallavi's number." I tell him.

"Sare, oka search partyni kuda pampistanu. Nenu intiki vasthunna. Manam kuda vethukudamu." he replies.

"Ok, I'll also send a search party. I'm coming home. We will search for them too." he replies.

"Hmm. Sare."

"Hmm. Ok."

We all sit, scared about what happened, I get a call... from an unknown number...
