"So who drove you home? Your only friend is Alex and they are sick." Austin's mother asked right once he opened the door making him freeze...

"It was a new friend. His name is Bae, yes thats his real name but I call him B., anyway I have homework so I will be in my room." Austin said quickly before running up the stairs to his room.

Right once Austin was in his room he shut the door and threw his backpack next to his desk.

He took off his shoes and hoodie before flopping onto his bed face first.

"What the Hell just happened?" He asked aloud.

Can you blame him? His bully just stood up for him after some new kid came in and punched him, his bully heard him sing and seemed to be enjoying the singing, his bully told him some things about the new kid withought him asking, and his bully drove him home when he could have just left him to find his own ride.

Austin was very confused and his head hurt.

None of his homework was due tomorrow so he just changed into his pajamas and flopped back onto his bed, this time with his phone.

He decided to text Alex.

Me: Hey Alex, I know ur sick but I have some hot tea & I was wondering if I could call you and tell you abt it?

Alex: Hells yes you can call me, I need something to distract me from all of this bs.

Austin then clicked the call button on his phone and called Alex.

They picked up almost instantly.

"Hey! Now spill." Alex said right once they picked up.

Austin chuckled, "Ok so there is this new kid named Zack at school. I was in his way this morning so he shoved me, i got mad and sassed at him. He then punched me in the jaw so I bled a little."

"He did what?! Oh I am going to beat his a** when I get out of here." Alex stated before going into a coughing fit.

"Alex, hon, I know you want to beat him up but don't worry about it... Bae already took care of it..." Austin trailed off so he could see their responce (they where FaceTimeing each other).

"Bae? As in your bully that we hate Bae? Or did you get a Bae and I wasn't told until now?" Alex asked with a raised brow.

"Bae as in my bully." Austin said making Alex's eyes widen.

"Bae took care of it?! Really? What did he do?" Alex asked as they sipped their honey tea.

"Well I don't know but I saw dried blood on Bae's nuckles and he had a cut under his eye.

"So you think he fought Zack because he hit you?" Alex asked attempting to catch up.

"Well I know he did. And when he saw me brushed jaw he gently grabbed my chin and turned my head so he could see it better. I'm so confused right now." Austin said as he hid his face into one of his pillows.

"Omggggg!!! I think he likes you and the entire bully thing is just a set up thing! It's like we are living in one of those Wattpad books, wouldn't that be cool? I wonder who I would end up with." Alex wondered aloud making Austin laugh.

"I doubt that he likes me and I'm just going to ignore the last part of that." Austin said making Alex pout cutely.

"I bet he does. Anyway I need to go to bed and rest or my mom is going to take my phone away. I will text you tomorrow, keep me updated on the tea!" Alex said as Austin smiled.

"Alright I will byeeeeeee." Austin said before getting a "byeeee." Back and then hanging up.

With a sigh Austin put his phone down and nuzzled back into his pillow.

"Dinner!" His mom yelled making him groan. He had just gotten comfortable.

"Coming!" Austin yelled back before getting out of his bed and walking down the stairs.

"So who is the Bae boy? Why haven't you ever told us about him before? When will he come over so we can met him?" Austin's mom rapped fired.

"He is a friend, we just became friends today, probably never because we aren't that close." Austin semi lied.

He didn't consider Bae a friend, he still thought of him as his bully. He didnt just become friends with him today because they where where friends. Him mother would also probably never met Bae because they where not friends.

"Well become closer because you can't stay lonely forever. Alex is a nice kid but they can't be your only true friend."  Austin's mom said with a sigh.

She really wished her son was more social and would try to befriend more people.

Austin felt bad. He knew that his mom only wanted the best for him but bloody Hell where people annoying. He liked just sticking with his one friend Alex and that's it.

"I can probably convince him to come over once but no promises." Austin said after a minute of internal debate.

He was willing to suffer if it made his mother happy.

"Really? When? Oh I should make plans for you two!" She said with a large smile.

"He may say no and please don't make plans. We will probably play some video games and then watch a movie or something.  Then he will go home and it will be over." Austin said not wanting his mom to accidentally embarrasse him.

"Fine, as long as I get to met him. Why don't you call him now and ask?" She asked making Austin freez before coming up with an excuse.

"I don't have his number yet because we just became friends, I will ask him tomorrow. What day would you want him over?" Austin asked as his mom ate her food.

"Any time is fine with me. I'm almost always here and your dad is almost always at work so we are fine whenever your friend wants to come over." She replied making Austin nod.

They continued to eat dinner, ever now and then his mom would ask a question about Bae and Austin would answer.

By the time they where done it was already eight so Austin quickly cleaned his plate and went up to his room.

When he got there he got under the covers of his bed and turned on his t.v. that was playing Hamilton.

While he was watching Hamilton he cuddled up to one of his stuffies (stuffed animals) and eventually fell asleep.

Tomorrow would be intresting for him and Bae both...
