In the vast land of the Hoenn region there are many towns that were home to many strong trainers and elegant pokemon co-ordinators working with pokemon to make a peaceful land where both people and pokemon can be happy, to many peoples surprise there is a town that no one had discovered until recently, a town where many pokemon and people live in perfect harmony, Axia Force Town. Every residence of the town have pokemon and the forest within their hidden walls house many rare and powerful pokemon with many things yet to be discovered unknown the the people of Axia Force Town. A young boy will be left with a heavy burden and along the way become a powerful trainer but will have to face hardship and loss. The a small group of legendary pokemon are currently discussing a major problem discovered by Celebi.

"Arceus emergency, emergency" Celebi cried with worry approaching the god of all Pokemon

"What is it Celebi has something happened in time?" Arceus asked

"Yes I'm afraid that a crisis that will shake the world will occur that will change everything and bring about a world of destruction for people and pokemon alike" Celebi explained with great concern

"Hmm...is there anyway to stop this event from occurring Celebi"

"Well..."

"I have an idea" Victini said flying into the space interrupting Celebi

"What did you have in mind Victini?"

Victini has explained his idea to Arceus on how to avoid this event that will shake the world. "I see...but it could greatly affect the pokemon" Arceus contemplated

"Even so the only way to combat this threat is to give our fellow pokemon more strength to fight them off...with my powers combined with your creations all it will take is a worthy trainer to wield their power" Victini explained. Arceus had a hard time thinking over his decision until he came to a choice.

"Very well, we will go along with your plan Victini" Arceus decided

"Thank you Arceus, you won't regret your decision I promise you" Victini said with joy

"Well then Victini did you have anyone in mind to wield this power we give our brethren" Arceus asks

"I..don't know"

"I know someone" Celebi interrupted

"Who did you have in mind Celebi"

"Well there is a young boy that I witnessed that was greatly affected by the actions of the group that caused the world destruction. If we show him the right path he may be able to wield the power" Celebi explained

"Hold on just a second" A voice said stopping the 3 legendary's. They look at the source of the voice to see Darkrai

"How does this concern you Darkrai" Arceus asked

"I don't want our fellow pokemon being destroyed by a group of humans like them" Darkrai stated

"Why are you against my plan Darkrai?" Victini asked annoyed

"What if this human that you give this power to doesn't wish to save our worlds. After all by the way Celebi put it this boy didn't do anything to help the world. Why would he change his mind?" Darkrai asked with seriousness in his eyes

"There may be risk to this plan that Victini has given us but if we don't do anything the future of both people and pokemon will be left with no hope" Arceus stated

"Tch, I hate it when you're right Arceus" Darkrai stated with annoyance. With nothing more to say Darkrai decided to leave the space they were in never to question the plan.

"Who should we have keep an eye on the child, after all it would be safer if he had one of us to guide him" Arceus stated

"I'll do it Arceus, this was my plan so I'd like to be able to provide assistance to our chosen trainer" Victini volunteered

"As you wish Victini now let us begin the preparations of the items" Arceus suggested moving towards a different space

"Right" Victini and Celebi replied in unison. With that the 3 legendary pokemon prepare for the day that the trainer they need will face the beginning of a difficult crisis and many hardships.
