Execution day (Rilianes Pov)

     "You are an evil girl, therefore I am also evil by the blood running in my veins. So I will take the price for you to live". He forced me into the secret passage and told me to just run. I pounded and screamed for him to stop but he wouldn't.

I needed to know more about my past that I can't recall. He reminded me of how when we were kids mother would do this to us and we would hold each other crying.

I then ran through the secret passage in my room to escape. I knew soon Allen would have to be confronted by Germaine and Kyle. 

1 week later

I ran through the city hearing of the princess' execution occurring. Covering myself with the brown cloak I found I ignored everyone. My brother was about to die for what I did.

As I approached the main square I saw the scaffold and the crowd yelling such awful things. I shoved my way through the angry villagers to see Allen. He looked so terrified and I couldn't help him.

I felt tears falling down my face as I watched. I don't want him to leave me like everyone else always does! As Germaine asks for his last words the bell rang three times.

"Oh, it's snack time"! He said with a smile looking right at me. He said my most favorite words....My eyes widened as the metal piece flew down upon his neck.

The crowd cheered even more as I slowly backed away out. I felt more and more tears falling down my face. This isn't how this is supposed to end.

Tomorrow was supposed to be our birthday.... I ran towards the forest and to find the beach that I once knew with him. Maybe the legend is true...
