Sinbop is my own version of Insane Jinbop... pretty self explanatory...
I should also note that I suck at describing, but I try not to make it like a list... just to let you know! X3 Oh and I'm so sorry this took so long... There have been (cue darkened and more suspicious voice) complications...

~Y/N's P.O.V~

4... 5... 6... I counted every kick that came. 9... 10... 11... more and more keep coming, each one harder than the last...

Then I heard a voice arguing with the bullies who were kicking me, causing them to stop so I was finally able to get up. Though it hurt like Hell and I'm pretty sure my left arm was at least cracked.

"Are you okay?" A sweet voice said. I nodded, but stopped short and answered truthfully.

"N-no... I think m-my arm might be b-broken..." I swished my tail upwards, brushing against a hand, which was outstretched. However, it soon recoiled as we made contact. "S-sorry about that... it's kinda how I-I get to know my surroundings..."

"Are... are you blind?" He asked, and I nodded. I felt a force help me become steady on my feet and I smelled a metallic scent.

"I-is that b-b-blood?" I shook as he said that it may or may not be after laughing nervously.

"But calm down! I-" he was cut off by a noise that sounded behind us. I jumped and wrapped my tail around him.

"Put your hands up and clear all weapons from your current possession!" A voice growled at us as I heard the click of a gun. I tried to huddle closer to the boy, but I noticed he had gone, and I heard fighting and struggling behind me.

I heard the sound of metal against metal, and then... a gunshot. I started to cry because I didn't know if it was the cop or the boy who had been shot. I was hoping it was the cop to be honest.

I felt a pair of arms wrap around me as I continued to cry. "Shhh, it's alright..." the boy whispered in my ear.

"I-I never as-asked what your na-ame was..." I stuttered. "M-mine's Y/N."

"Sinbop, or Jinbop, but just call me Jin!" He said cheerfully. Jinbop... Jinbop... where have I heard that before?

It was true, the name Jinbop was very familiar... but... I couldn't remember when or where I heard it.

"Hello? You okay, Y/N? You're staring off into space." Jin's soft voice interrupted my thoughts, and I turned my head in his direction.

"Y-Yeah, I'm f-fine... just need some s-sleep..." I spoke, holding the palm of my right arm, in other words my good arm, against my face, covering my right eye. My eye hurt at the contact and I realized it must have been kicked or punched, turning it black and blue.

"You should get looked at. One of my friends is an experienced doctor... he's a Mudkip, but still a doctor." He explained to me, gently picking me up. He's a lot stronger than he seems... what am I saying? He was able to take down, and possibly kill five people, one of which being an armed cop!

I just now noticed exactly how tired I was when I started to drift off to sleep in his arms.

(Dream)

I woke up and... I can see? I could see that I was in what I presumed to be the forest. It was amazing! There was birdsong, and growing things all around me. My attention was soon ripped away from the beauty of the woodland, when I heard a twig snap. I whipped around and I saw a boy.

He wore a white and purple hoodie, and grey pants which went all the way down his legs and even overlapped his purple shoes.

His dark blue undershirt had blood splotches on it as well as everything else he wore. His long raven hair was covering a glowing, blood red eye. His pale skin also had blood splattered on it here and there, but mostly on his hands... which were holding knives, also covered in the same, thick,, red liquid.

"What's wrong, Y/N?" He teased, taking a threatening step forward in my direction.

"J-j-Jin?!" I stuttered, stepping back, very afraid. He continued to approach me, and I continued to back up.

In my moment of fear, I wasn't controlling the quivering of my tail, and it caused me to trip over it. Falling backwards, Jin took the chance and lunged at me. I shot my arms in front of my face protectively and braced myself for the sharp pain of the knife.

But it never came...

Instead, I felt a chilling breath on my neck, and the same soft voice of Jin whispered in my ear, "Wake up, Y/N!"

(Reality)

I woke up for real this time, and darkness overwhelmed my vision once again. Jin was gently shaking me, repeatedly saying, "Wake up, Y/N! Wake up!" (Edit: I added the word 'gently' because you aren't really supposed to wake up a patient when they're sleeping unless you're a nurse or doctor, or someone who works at the hospital. Trust me... I know...)

I sat up quickly and pain shot up my left arm, and I gasped. "Where am I?" I said shakily. I moved my tail around me and was able to identify that I was on a bed. A medical bed none the less.

"So you're awake!" A deep voice exclaimed. The smell of fish was evident in the room as there were footsteps entering through a possible doorway behind me.

"Hi Quentin, yeah she's awake!" Jin answered to the, so called, 'Quentin.' Quentin walked over to me and the smell of fish became stronger. I felt a hand, if you could even call it that, gently lift my broken arm.

"I will put a cast on and you should be good to go, Y/N..." Quentin said, placing my arm back where it was before, and my tail twitched as I felt a slight pain when it made contact with the cold, metal arm rest.

I didn't notice the absence of Jinbop's presence from the room as Quentin put a cast around my arm.

"Alright, you should rest for a while..." Quentin softly said from the doorway. The click of a light switch was heard as I slowly drifted into a dreamless slumber.

~Timeskip~

I woke up, in a different bed. What is it with me and waking up different places than when I fall asleep?

Not only that, but something large and soft (no 'That's what she said' jokes... please... Edit: I changed the word to 'soft' because two reasons, one, wthn, and two, 'warm' makes it sound too inappropriate to be in one of my books...) was hugging me close to it. "Jin?" Groggily, I swept my tail over the body that was holding me and identified it as Jin. Knew it...

"Y/N, you're awake!" Jin yawned.

"S-sorry, i didn't mean to w-wake you..." I apologized quickly. A strong arm pulled me closer to the tall male, which, to be perfectly honest, was making me kinda uncomfortable.

"It's no..." he yawned and continued, "problem, Y/N..." I whimpered slightly, being I was running out of air, so he loosened his grip. But not quite enough.

"Could you let g-go of me?" I asked quietly. He gently removed his arms from around my waist and I clumsily climbed out of the bed. Although, of course, there just had to be a trash bin next to the bed that I obviously couldn't see, and tripped over. (Currently at about 1209 words in the actual story... wow...)

"Y/N! Are you alright?"

I flicked my tail in response and struggled to get up, and, after a few minutes of trying, I heard footsteps coming from around the bed and helped me up. "Thanks..." I sighed.

"No problem... uhh hey, Y/N?" He asked nervously. I tilted my head in the direction I supposed he was in.

"Can I ask you s-something?" I nodded and suddenly felt a pair of soft lips against mine. After a few seconds of shock, I found myself kissing back. I felt my face heat up as Jin's did too. Our faces were so close I could practically feel his blush.

My tail puffed to max size and was quivering from excitement and confusion. Sadly, after a few minutes we had to pull away for air.

"Y/N? Do you love me?" Jin asked finally.

"I love you too, Jin." I jumped at him in a hug, and was honestly relieved when he was where I thought he was. Again, feeling his blush, he hugged back. "I will always love you, no matter what happens..."
