~Y/N's P.O.V~

I was walking through the woods to take my mind off things. I'm bullied at school for being... different. I'm a neko, to sum things up for me...

It was nighttime so I was on my full alert. I don't know why I was wandering out in the pitch black, dark woods in the middle of the night... especially since there has been a string of murders reported around this area...

My D/F/C(if your favorite color is black, like mine, then do your second favorite color) ears swiveled around as I heard a twig snap. I didn't stop though, because I just guessed that it was a large animal... so I just kept walking.

I was about to go around a tree that was in my way when I heard footsteps behind me. I turned around only to be met by an insane sounding giggle.

"Well, well, well! Look what the 'cat' dragged in~!" A slightly crazed voice giggled in my ear. I turned to face a man around my age wearing a bloodstained cloak, which looked like what a sorcerer would wear.

I flattened my ears and puffed my tail up to three times it's original size, in an attempt to intimidate him. It didn't seem to be working.

"What's your name, kitty~?" (Did you know my last name IRL means 'Kitty' or 'Kitten' in French?) The man asked, looking at me with blood red eyes. I didn't know whether to talk or run.

"I asked you what is your name!" The man growled slightly, clearly getting impatient. I yelped in surprise from his sudden change of mood.

"Y-Y/N. W-who ar-re y-you?" I stuttered, my E/C eyes fixed on the forest floor, not wanting to meet his gaze.

"I'm insane Seto~! But you can just call me Seto~!" He said smirking at me. "Now, what's a pretty kitty doing out in the big bad woods all on her own~?" He asked, in a kind of childish voice.

"J-just taking a w-walk..." my ears flicked nervously. It wasn't completely a lie, though I just decided to leave out the bully thing...

"You've come a long way from the entrance of the forest~!" Seto cooed, obviously mocking his next victim, me... I looked around, quickly taking in my surroundings. I was no where near the entrance. I was... lost.

"I-I'm los-st!" I whispered to myself, but that didn't stop Seto from hearing me.

"Tsk, tsk. What a shame~! Know what, I like you kitty~! I might just keep you alive~!" He teased. What? Did he just- Did he just say he likes me? Well, he is kinda cute~! I thought.

"Aww~! Does kitty like me~?" He laughed. Crap! Forgot he's a sorcerer! Wait, how'd I know that? (Edit: I am only just now putting in a fourth wall joke? Wow, I'm slow... So yeah, accidental fourth wall breakage...) I questioned myself from knowing something I didn't actually know. I felt my face heat up from embarrassment, and a blush creeped it's way onto my face.

"I-I'm l-lost..." I repeated a bit louder, "I'm lost in the middle of the woods, in the middle of the night, with a murderer waiting to kill me!" I sighed in disbelief and dropped down to my knees. "J-just kill-l me n-now-w!" I looked into his crimson eyes, hatred pulsing through my body.

"B-but-" Seto began, and I realized his voice sounded a bit more sane. His eyes were also slowly fading from a crimson color to a deep purple, and finally settling on an ice-like blue color.

"But what-t?!" I asked, calming down a bit.

"B-because... because I l-love you Y/N..." he said quietly, looking away to hide a blush.

I stood there in shock. "I-I love-ve y-you too Set-to..." I said, hesitantly hugging him. To my surprise he hugged back.

"And I know about the bullies..." he whispered into my ear. "I'll make sure they'll never hurt you again~!" He promised.
