Evangeline's P.O.V. 

"Don't be nervous." my sister told me as the both of us and Gil walked to the ship where the cotillion was.

"I'm not. I'm actually excited." I replied as she smiled at me.

"That makes two of us. I get to enjoy this with my beautiful girlfriend." Gil said as he kissed my head.

"I have shipped you guys since we were kids and you get cuter and cuter every minute." Evie said, making us smile.

She had finished my dress and Gil's suit just in time before the cotillion. She did one heck of a job and I loved it.

He and I even wore matching gloves.

We got there and I smiled as the paparazzi took pictures of every person who passed by in their gowns for the red carpet.

Gil and I posed and took pictures together before following our friends to where we would wait for Mal and Ben.

"So, buds, how do you like Auradon?" Jay asked as he and Lonnie came over to us.

"It's beautiful." Gil and I both said, making us look at each other and smile.

It was then the trumpets sounded and us girl squealed as the ceremony started. Lumiere stepped into the spotless with a smile.

"The future Lady Mal!" he announced.

Mal came out and everybody gasped at how beautiful she looked in her dress. I covered my mouth in surprise.

Mal began walking before Evie and I cheered and clapped, everybody else joining in.

Evie stepped forward to Mal before bowing to Beast and Belle. "Of course." he said.

Evie grabbed Mal's arm as I grabbed her other one. "Hi." she greeted.

"Hi, girlie. How are you feeling?" I asked, the three of us walking down the stairs.

"Sort of feel like I'm gonna throw up." Mal replied as we all smiled at her.

"Yeah? Okay, that's okay." Evie said.

"Hey, we're right here with you, okay?" I added. "Okay." Mal smiled.

Gil grabbed my hand and wrapped and arm around me, making the both of us smile.

"King Benjamin!" Lumiere announced.

We all bowed as Ben appeared at the top of the stairs. He walked down and I waved at him, making him give me a small smile.

"Go get him." Evie told Mal.

She walked to Ben and they bowed to each other, making me and Gil smile.

"Mal, I wish I had time to explain." he reassured her.

I furrowed my eyebrows before I heard the sound of a door open and I gasped with everyone at what we saw.

It was Uma. What was she doing here?

"What's going on?" I whispered to Gil.

"I'm not sure." he replied.

I looked at the rest of our friends, but they just shrugged.

Ben helped Uma down the stairs before he took her hand and kissed it, making everybody gasp. I looked over at Mal, who had heartbreak written all over her face.

"I'm sorry. It all happened so fast. Something happened to me when I was on the Isle with Uma. A connection." he explained.

I wanted to punch both of them right now.

"Only one thing will happen to you. A beat down from hell." I threatened as I walked forward, but Mal held me back along with Gil and Lonnie.

"What are you saying?" Mal asked, her voice breaking.

"I'm saying-" Ben started, but was cut off by Uma.

"It was love. It was. I just...I realized how alike Ben and I are. You know?" she asked.

"We are." Ben said with a smile. "I know." Uma laughed as they gazed into each other's eyes.

"You're so beautiful." he told her.

I felt anger and rage boiling up inside me. Gil grabbed my hand, since I could tell he sensed it.

"Ben." Mal called out. He didn't respond to her. "Ben."

He looked at her as she tried not to cry. "Did you got back for her?" she asked.

"He didn't have to. I dove through the barrel before it closed and I'm an excellent swimmer." Uma explained as Ben smiled.

"You are." he said. "Thank you." she laughed.

"Listen, Mal. I just want to thank you. I do. For everything." Uma said as she hugged Mal, who was full of shock and sadness to even hug her back. She was basically frozen in place and it made my heart break.

"You're such a sore loser, you know that, right? How could you do this to someone we care about?" Gil said to Ben.

The king just ignored him and turned his attention to Mal.

"Don't you see, Mal? You were right. You knew that we weren't meant to be together. That's why you never told me you loved me." he explained.

"You'll pay for this, you dimwit." I threatened as Gil shook his head in disappointment.

I pulled Mal toward us and Evie and she cried into my shoulder as my boyfriend and sister rubbed her back.

"Shh." I reassured her.

Ben and Uma began to dance and I glared at him along with everybody else.

Gil and I held her hands as she looked on in sadness.

"Not to thrilled I risked my life for him." Gil spat with disgust. "Same here." I added.

Lonnie stepped forward and put her hand on Mal's shoulder. "We're with you, Mal."

After a few moments, I knew none of us could take it anymore. Especially my best friend.

"Let's get out of here." Jay said.

We all began walking away as Mal wiped her tears.

"Mal." Adam stopped her.

"Honey, we're so sorry, we had no idea." Belle reassured her.

"I'm gonna talk to him." Adam added.

Mal sobbed before we all continued walking.

"Lumiere, unveil the gift
They need to see it!" Jane said.

Wait, what gift?

"And, now for the unveiling of King Ben's masterpiece. Designed especially for his lady." Lumiere announced.

The trumpets sounded before a figure was unveiled and I gasped at the sight of it.

It was of Mal and Ben with him bowing down to her and her eyes were the beautiful, glowing green. It was the real her. Part Isle and Part Auradon.

I saw Uma in shock and Ben was staring at the gift.

"Ben did that?" Mal asked. "Yeah, he did." Evie replied.

"Oh, Evie. He knew who I was all along." she spoke.

"He loves the real you." my sister told her.

There was a moment of silence that was soon cut short. How? By Uma.

"Cover that back up!" she commanded Lumiere. "I will not." he told her as everybody gasped.

"Um, why don't you tell them the present you have for me, Ben?" she asked.

"I have an announcement. Uma will be joining the court as my lady." he explained.

"Son." Adam begged.

"Not now, Dad!" Ben yelled, causing all of us to freeze. I shared a look of shock with Gil.

"This isn't him." I said.

"Something's not right. He wouldn't respond like that." he added.

"And as my gift to her, I'm bringing down the barrier once and for all!" he announced.

Everyone gasped as I shook my head.

"You want to bring it down?! You gotta go through me first!" I said as I lunged for him, but my friends stopped me.

"I see why Harry severed his friendship with you." Ben said.

As if that would hurt me. "You don't know anything!"

"Sis, calm down." Evie said.

"Fairy Godmother, bring down the barrier." he told her. "I most certainly will not." she fired back

"I am your king!" he shouted. "Obey him!" Uma added, making everybody gasp for the millionth time.

"Ben's been spelled." Mal said.

"Uma found your spell book." Evie added.

Mal walked over to where Ben and Uma were and I saw the hope in her eyes.

"Ben. Look at me." she said.

"No, look at me. You love me, remember?" Uma asked.

"No, you don't." Mal added.

"Bring down the barrier now!" Uma shouted at Fairy Godmother. "I do not take orders from you." she replied.

"Ben." Uma warned.

"Ben. I never told you that I loved because I thought I wasn't good enough. And I thought it was only a matter of time before you realized that yourself, but, Ben, that's me. I'm part Isle and part Auradon." Mal explained.

"Ben, eyes over here." Uma ordered him.

"And, Ben, you always knew who we were and what we can be." Mal continued.

"Don't listen to her." Uma argued.

I just want to punch this brat now.

"Ben, I know what love feels like now.  Ben. Of course I love you. Ben, I've always loved you." she said.

She leaned in and kissed him, making all of us smile.

They pulled away and Ben smiled. "Mal."

I felt Gil kiss the top of my head and I hugged him in relief.

"True love's kiss." Evie said. "Works every time." I finished. We exchanged smiles to each other.

"Give it to me!" Uma ordered as she ran for First Godmother's wand, but me and Evie stopped her.

"Guards, seize her!" she shouted.

Uma ran to the railing and Mal shouted at everyone and the guards to stop. She was now surrounded.

"Uma, I know you. You are so much more than just a villain. And you have to believe me because I've been there. Do not let your pride get in the way of something you really want." she explained.

Suddenly, Uma's necklace began glowing before she got on top of the railing.

"Uma!" we yelled as she fell into the water.

The water began spinning, making some kind of tornado before it splashed, soaking all of us and sending us down.

Gil helped me up before we saw that Uma had transformed into an octopus, laughing evilly.

"True love's kiss won't defeat this! The world will know my name!" she yelled before swinging one of her tentacles toward us.

Gil pulled me out of the way and shielded me.

Mal walked and we all backed off as her eyes began glowing green. Uma let out a taunting laugh.

"Mal?" Ben asked.

Purple smoke engulfed her and she transformed into a dragon. She flew and began spewing fire at Uma, who went after her with the tentacles.

"Come on, Mal! Let's finish this once and for all!" she challenged.

The two began going back and forth, more waves of water coming to all of us.

"Come on, Mal!" I encouraged her.

The ship began going back and forth and I held onto Gil tightly as I tried to keep my sister from falling.

Ben let out a loud roar before taking off his crown and jacket and diving into the sea. "Wait, Ben, no!" Carlos said.

"Ben!" Gil, Evie, Jay, Carlos, and myself all shouted.

"Mal, Uma! Stop! Back down!" Ben pleaded.

"What are you gonna do, Ben? Splash Me?" Uma laughed.

"That's enough! It's got to stop! This isn't the answer! The fighting has to stop! Nobody wins this way! We have to listen and respect each other. It won't be easy, but let's be brave enough to try. Uma, I know you want what is best for the Isle. Help me make a difference." he explained.

Soon, Uma held her tentacle out before giving Ben his ring back. She gave a sad smile before disappearing into the water.

"Get the ladder." Gil said as he and the guys got a ladder for Ben.

He swam and climbed it before he came back onto the ship and we all clapped, knowing he was okay.

The roar of Mal caught her attention and she slowly made her way down and I couldn't help but see how beautiful the dragon form was.

She transformed back into a human and the crowd gasped at her new dress. She pat the fire spots, extinguishing them before she and Ben bowed to each other.

Mal was helped down the stairs before I walked up and stood next to her.

"So, I did not know I could do that." she said.

"Tell me about it, that makes two of us. Oh." I replied before blowing a leftover flame on her dress. "Thank you."

"Shall we?" I asked as I held my hand out, which she took.

"We shall."

I walked her down and she met with Ben, who pulled her into a kiss, making us laugh.

"Alright, alright, alright." Carlos said jokingly.

"I owe you guys so much." Ben said as he looked at us.

"Really." Jay added.

"Yep." Gil said.

"Yeah." Evie and I said.

"If there is anything that you need, or anything I can do for you, just let me know." Ben explained.

"Actually, there is Ben. I know a girl who would really love to come to Auradon. It's Drizella'a daughter, Dizzy. She's like a little sister to us." my sister said as she wrapped and arm around me.

"Then she should come." Ben agreed.

"Okay. Great!" Evie replied.

"Actually, Ben, there's a lot of kids who would really love it here in Auradon. Kids just like us who also deserves a second chance. Can we maybe get you a list?" I asked hopefully.

"Yes, yes! Absolutely. Please." he agreed.

"Lady Mal, we found your spell book below deck. Uma had it." a guard explained as he handed it to her. Ben looked at her as Mal looked at the book.

"You know, this seems like the king of thing that belongs in the hands of Fairy Godmother. Fairy Godmother?" she asked.

"That's me. Thank you. Mm-hm." FGM said as she made her way to all of us.

"This belongs in the museum." my best friend told her.

"It does, yes, and I'm gonna take it." FGM told her. "Go for it." Mal agreed.

She looked at Ben and I smiled as Gil wrapped his arms around me.

"I'm not gonna be needing it anymore." she said.

She splashed Ben and he splashed her as we laughed and clapped.

We all bowed before celebrating with each other. Gil picked me up and spun me around before he set me down. He looked into my eyes and rested his forehead on mine.

"I love you, Evangeline." he whispered.
