Note: Please don't hate me I just think all of this needs to be said. Also please learn something from this and I hope this helped better your OC(s)

So OCs are a huge thing in the fandom, and there's many things that bother me about many of them. Let's start off with the over tragic backstory, with the whole 'everyone is dead in the family and they character had the hardest life' Please don't go and comment down below why your OC is like this, I'm sure you have a good reason. It just bothers me how almost everyone does this! It's like every cats parents are dead in any roleplay just because of their backstory! Also another thing is, after Jayfeather the blind medicine cat became cannon, EVERYONE and I'm not even exaggerating how many people make blind medicine cats!! I have started banning them in my roleplays because in every roleplay and I mean every roleplay you will most likely find a blind or half blind medicine cat! And this doesn't even stick to medicine cats, it passes onto warriors, apprentices, and even kits. In reality not every cat is blind. This brings me to my next topic, over handicapped, so I understand making your cat just half death OR have a dead paw or something but what kills me is when people make their cats blind, and have a dead foot or something similar to that combination. When they roleplay with the character most people don't even follow out with the disabilities. Most of the blind medicine cats roleplay as if they can see! Another thing is the over usage of different colored eyes!!!  I feel like in a roleplay half of the OCs will have this! When in reality it is VERY rare and doesn't pass on to kits as it is a gene mutation. Talking about eyes a lot of people use red or purple, I have even seen OCs use red for one eye and purple for another eye! I have done this in the past and I end up killing the OC because I just hate that part about them. I'm sure I could make a whole book on everything I hate about Warrior OCs in general but one last thing I have to say is the over usage of rouges, loners, or kittypets joining a clan! It's like in every backstory ever! Well I'm done talking about this let me know what cat I should do next and if I should make a part two to this. One more thing, please try to learn something from this.
