I can't even try to read a fanfic if it has such nicknames. Its just delete for me!

Alec is so shy its a miracle he calls Magnus by his name without stuttering twice, let alone calling him honey or babe, its so unrealistic!

Magnus inventing new nicknames for Alec is totally fine cause that's how Magnus is! Seriously, if I were Magnus....

Alec: My lovely Husbane!

Magnus: O.o

Alec: Babe, come here

Magnus: Uh... no.....Alec are you ill

Alec's personality changes from depressed to happy to flirty in a matter of seconds.

When he does, its for a good reason, or he feels very pleased with himself.

Like in the books Alec said he was Magnus's bitch and was very pleased with himself for saing that.

HE IS NOT A CURSING MACHINE!!!!

While Magnus suddenly becomes really caring! I mean I know he loves Alec a lot but if Alec gets the slightest of cuts he gets worried like anything!

Magnus: Alec, what's that on your hand?

Alec: Oh that.... I got a stab wound while fighting with Jace

Magnus: WHAT! MY BABY ARE YOU OKAY?

Alec: I don't know, kinda depressed..... I'm never gonna be as good as Jace

Magnus: THAT'S IT I'M GOING TO KILL JACE FOR HURTING YOU!

Alec: You look so hot when u r angry ;)
