So I just watched the shadowhunters teaser trailer

And personally I thought it was pretty amazing!

I think I've said before that I'm actually really looking forward to shadowhunters and that so I can enjoy the show I'm separating the book and the show in my mind, so I don't entirely care if it really different.

I've seen people say its not an adaptation its an interpretation and I'm fine with that.

The point is I think the cast is beautiful and I'm really enjoying watching as the show comes together as I hope I will enjoy the show, and I thought the trailer was pretty good.

Not great, but good.

Actually changed my mind just re watched it it and its AMAZING!!!

so I think I had a chnace to cool off before I started watching that but I decided I love that trailer now like every part.

Okay I'm calm now I'm totally calm.

I'm still not over calling them as they're characters names and not the names of the actors. It's like Dominic Sherwood Katherine McNamara not Jace and Clary what are you talking about!

Okay so I say I'm gonna take them separately but I know as soon as something important is done wrong there's gonna be a lot of me screaming at everyone.

This is why I was so mad when it was first announced.

I just really really don't want them to turn TID into a show. I just live TID so much and I don't want anyone but Cassie Claire deciding what happens to the characters. TID is one of my 3 favourite series and it doesn't need to be tampered with. If the TV show only fans wanna find out about it when they start swarming us in a few years then they'll have to read the books because I don't want TID sacrificed just so TV can make money.

I know its not my choice but I really with they'd give the fandom's some say in these things, like, they know were here and were getting affected as well.

I mean this is for all fandom's, we've spent years of our lives commuting to these fandom's and then people just come and change them! For money!

I don't think they understand how close we all are to there books and these characters and that changing it like this hurts us.
