Dear Diary,

Today Izzy and Clary forced me to go to takis for "manly bonding time" with Simon, yet when I finally agreed (after much persuasion and kisses from Clary) Izzy said "so its a date" and the girls skipped away giggling to themselves.
The "manly bonding time" wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, in fact, I wouldn't mind if it actually was a date. Simons so nerdy its almost cute. Almost. Okay so its completely cute, and until today I never really realised how how hot he was, I mean have seen those eyes and, dam, I just want to be all over those lips, and I would be if I wasn't dating his best friend.
I mean, sure, I love Clary, but Simon has shown me who I really am. I feel closer to him now than I ever have before and I think time I admitted something to myself...
I'm in love with Simon Lewis.
I always have been I suppose, but I was just to blind to notice. All those times I teased him all I was really doing was trying to cover up my affection.
I shouldn't, I know, he's in love with my sister and I'm dating his best friend, but I can't hide it any longer. I need to tell someone, Alec perhaps. He'll understand.

Simons Diary

Dear Diary,

Jace has been giving me weird, almost seductive, looks today, actually, ever since we went to takis he's been eyeing me up.
I don't know if this is a dare from Clary or Izzy, but its really starting to tick me off. I mean he was staring at me today in weapons practice, like, really intensely staring.

I think he may be possessed.
On a happier note Izzy and I watched star wars today and she didn't fall asleep until at least half way through :D!!!
She loves it really!!!

Dear Diary,

Something's seriously up with Jace.
I dont know why, but every time Simon enters a room he seems to just zone out. I mean, we were kissing in the library today and he didnt really seem into it anyway, and then Simon walked in and it's like he'd completely forgotten about me.
I asked Simon about this and he said he sees it too, though he can't understand why Jace would be acting like this.
So I asked Izzy and she said that she thought Jace liked Simon.
We decided that we wouldn't tell Simon this, and though it's kind of upsetting I'm really beginning to wonder how this will play out. Izzy's even made a list of symptoms Jace has been showing and almost all of them relate to being in love.

This is really wierd.

if you haven't read it READ IT! it's set in 1991 and it's about this 15 year old boy who's starting high school and is written through anonymous letters to someone and is REALLY JUST..

I have like 80 pages left and I'm gonna be so sad when it ends because it's so short but it's just so refreshing.
