Celestia was in a poker game with several other students. Everyone was taking bets, but were told they should be within a reasonable range to avoid debts and excessive financial losses.

You betted on Celestia and watched from behind her.

"This is just the beginning of the series of games and contests they have," you thought. "A perk that they're giving us to stave off discontent. Today will be about gambling and allow Celestia to show her true skill as the Ultimate Gambler. Good thing I'm betting on her."

Two hours passed, and it's down to Celestia and a Prefect.

"Okay, things can get tense in poker, but I never thought it'd be this tense."

Mondo: "Same."

Junko: "My money's on the Prefect, but I would like it to end. I kinda need to use the ladies' room."

"Full House," the prefect said, putting his cards down.

Celestia gently put her cards down and revealed them.

Celestia: "Royal Straight Flush. I win."

Everyone cheered for Celeste and you clapped for her as you and the others who bet on her got your money.

Black: "Alright, fun's over for today! Back to your dorms!"

Everyone cleared out and you walked with Celestia.

"Amazing. As expected of the Ultimate Gambler."

Celestia: "Feel free to keep complimenting me. It feels nice to have a proper challenge after so long."

"If we were not inside this academy, I would've wagered more than 50 bucks for you."

Celestia: "Well, I guess they try not to play favorites here."

"Tomorrow will be Mondo's motorcycle race. That'll be something."

Celestia: "Yeah, loud. I want to get some sleep before the craziness tomorrow, although I think there is time for a movie. Want to watch with me?"

"Are you asking me for a date?"

Celestia: "If that's how you want to view it, then sure."

You and Celestia went to your dorms and watched a movie with the audio going through their E-masks to avoid disturbing the others.

"I meant it when I said you were amazing," you sent a message.

"Thank you," Celestia replied. "How about a few escapades before are allowed to leave?"
