*Sakshi Pov*

I continued to bite my nails which I am doing from the past five minutes with excitement and a little nervousness.

"My dear Sakshi! Leave some of them for me." He said pulling my hand away with one hand and managing the camera with the other.

"You don't know how important this is. So just be quiet." I said scowling at him before staring back at the gate.

"You are such a drama queen." He said shaking his head, but didn't remove his video camera from my face.

"Look who is talking here. The same person who always have unnecessary concerns and ruin so many happy moments." I said glaring at him remembering the incidents.

"Now don't lie about me like that." He said frowning.

"Really? How about the day when you pulled me outside the restaurant which was supposed to be our date just because someone on the other end fell ill due to over drinking?" I asked him folding my arms.

"I really think the food is poisoned in that restaurant." He replied still not accepting his fault.

"Yeah! Food poisoning in a five star hotel which affected only one person." I said sarcastically.

"I did it for our sake." He said shaking his head.

"Then what about the five hospitals, we changed just because due to my luck, some woman were giving birth at the time when I went for the check up?" I asked smirking.

"They were shouting Sakshi. We don't know what torture they are putting the patients through, right?" he asked staring at me.

"Thank god! I got into one just because Mom took me last time. And you should also thank god that I didn't have a normal delivery." I said again staring at the gate.

"Maybe I will try to not do that this time." He mumbled placing his hand on my bump.

"Your promises are nothing but lies. You always say that you will not concern over the top, but you will always do." I said frowning.

"I stopped doing it for the past few months right? Now you don't have the right to accuse me." He said moving away to stare at the gate.

Before I could give a comeback, I saw the gate opening and I again started biting my nails making him chuckle at me. How much time should we wait? I thought looking at the watch.

"My baby!" I said looking at our beautiful daughter walking towards us after her first day of the school with a small bag on her shoulders.

"Our baby!" he said hitting my shoulder with his but I am just staring at our Daughter Rashi walking towards us.

And she is talking with a few fellow students comfortably even though this is her first day. I am so proud of her right now! I thought not tearing my gaze away.

I glanced at Rakesh after a few seconds when I saw that he is not saying anything. He has this weird all too familiar frown on his face making me groan.

"Sakshi! Don't you think..." he started saying still staring at our Daughter and her friends.

"Don't!" I said warning him.

"But.." he again started.

"I said don't!" I mumbled.

"I should check....." he started as usual.

"And look who said that they stopped getting concern over the top for the past few months." I said glaring at him.

"It is my duty to see that my Daughter is safe and is not in any danger." He said glaring back at me.

"For god's sake! They are kindergarten kids. What danger will they have to put on our daughter because of which you want to check their backgrounds?" I asked him completely pissed and started walking towards Rashi with a smile on my face.

"Mommy!" she said running towards me when she saw us after waving their friends.

"Did you miss me?" I asked lifting her in my arms slowly.

"Here!" Rakesh said within a second taking her away from me and then I remembered that I shouldn't lift like that.

"I couldn't bear the happiness." I mumbled before staring back at her.

"I missed you Mommy." She said kissing my cheek.

"You didn't miss me?" Rakesh asked frowning.

"At this time... you stay at the office right?" she asked him confused.

"Right! But your daddy is here just to see how my princess is doing." He replied smiling at her.

"When will I come back?" she asked making both of us chuckle.

"If you want, you can stay here and we will come tomorrow to take you." Rakesh said looking at her.

"No!" she said hugging him tightly.

"Let's go!" I said walking towards his car.

"Tell me about your friends, Rashi?" He asked when we entered the house.

I frowned at him, but walked her towards her room to freshen her up and made her have lunch with all of us. Mom and Dad along with Raghav and Mounica started spoiling her while I spoiled the cute boy of Raghav and Mounica who is elder than Rashi.

"Why didn't you go to school?" I asked feeding him.

"I have stomach pain." He said placing his hands on the stomach.

"You said you have stomach pain, but why are you holding your head?" I asked him in serious tone.

"Oh!" he mumbled before moving his hands from stomach to head making me chuckle.

"I got you thief." I said and he pouted.

"Please Aunty! Just for today." He said pleading me.

"Ok! But I will bring your homework for today's from your friend's house and you should finish it." I said whispering as we are not letting anyone in our conversation.

"Will you help me?" he asked and I nodded kissing his cheek.

"What is the secret between you both?" Mounica asked smiling at us.

"I am talking with my nephew." I replied pulling him to me.

"You only can handle him." She said chuckling.

I kissed on her forehead before leaving the room to go to my room as everyone already went in their respective room calling it a night.

I started removing the earrings when I saw that Rakesh is leaning on our door. I ignored him and continued the task at hand.

"Peace!" he mumbled placing two ice cream cups infront of me.

"I am thinking." I mumbled back before getting up.

"Come on! We have a pact to talk with each other no matter how much we fight by the night." He said and I smiled before walking towards the bed to sit holding my ice cream.

"Do you really hate my over concern completely?" he asked frowning sitting beside me.

"Not completely!" I replied after a few minutes and he suddenly grinned.

"But that is just because I got you as my husband for that reason." I whispered in his ear.

"I know you love me." He said putting the empty cups away.

"I don't know about that." I said crawling back on the bed.

"But I am sure." He said following my lead.

"I love you, but please don't get her new and first friends investigated. Atleast think about their age." I said looking at him.

"Hmmm ok! I will not do it just because you asked me." He said sighing dramatically.

"What a sacrifice!" I said scoffing and he chuckled before nibbling my lips.

hope u got to meet the characters again..... i may not have much shots for this story mainly but i will try :)
