4 years later

Taehyung laughed at Jimin who had just tripped while they were walking. Jimin smiled at his best friend happy to hear his laugh.

After the accident Taehyung suffered severe memory loss of the two years prier of his life. The name Jung Hoseok meant nothing to him and Jimin planed it to stay like that. He hated seeing Taehyung in that hospital bed with wires attached to him. Jimin cried every single day Taehyung was in a coma. 7 months of hell but in the end everything worked out. Jimin hates to admit it but he was glad Taehyung was in that accident. He didn't remember those two years with Hoseok, it was for the best. After Jimin found out that Hoseok left and he was the cause that Taehyung almost died he wanted to hunt him down and kill him, but Hoseok hasn't shown his face in Seoul  ever since. It was for the best Taehyung could move on and even if Hoseok came back Tae wouldn't remember him. Jimin convinced his and Taehyung's family and friends that it was best to never bring Hoseok up again. Jimin made sure every single picture, present and memory of Hoseok was gone. 

Now Taehyung lived happily even though there was times where his heart would ache and Jimin would only tell him it was because of the memory of the accident. Taehyung graduated and had been working at Big Hit Inc. Jimin wasn't to happy since that company did a lot of business with Jung industry. He hated to know Taehyung was still involved with the Jung's. 

"Jimin!!" Taehyung yelled once they arrived at his apartment. 

"What, what." Jimin jumped. 

"What are you thinking about." Taehyung smirked. 

"N-nothing." Jimin sighed. 

"Right, anyway I have great news!" Taehyung told his hyung, smiling like an idiot. 

"What is it Tae." Jimin smiled, whatever it was must be amazing to have the younger this happy. 

"I'm going to work as the assistant of the CEO of Jung industry in the states!" Taehyung cheered. Jimin's smile fell. This was not good, Taehyung could not go there. 

"T-Taehyung are you sure?" Jimin looked at the boy.

"Yes, of course Hyung this is amazing!" Taehyung grinned completely oblivious to who the CEO of that company was. 

"Taehyung moving is hard enough but moving to a different country! that's even worse, There is so many successful companies here that would love to have you work with them." Jimin practically begged. Taehyung stared at the elder in confusion. 

"I know that, but its a great opportunity, plus I already accepted." Taehyung shrugged.

"N-no you can't!" Jimin said pulling at his hair in frustration.

"Why?!" Jimin need to think of something and quick. He couldn't tell him about Hoseok but ugh.

"I'm going with you then, I'll go apply to the company right now." Jimin said, walking over to Taehyung computer to apply. He hoped they had a job for him.

"What? No you can't leave here. Jimin why can't I go?" Taehyung took a hold of Jimin's hands to stop his typing.

"I um I uh I would miss you and there is no way I will let you go by yourself to a whole different county." Jimin said going back to typing. The younger boy sighed. Aish this hyung.

The two boys stepped out of the plane into American soil. 

"Hyung isn't this awesome!!" Taehyung yelled excited. Jimin groaned, he was tired and wanted to sleep. The two boys found their luggage and went to exit the airport when they saw a man dressed in black holding up a sign with Taehyung's name. The pair of boys looked at each other confused, but headed towards the men. 

"Um hello, I'm Taehyung." The boy said in English. The man smiled. 

"Annyeonghaseyo." The man replied. Jimin laughed and Taehyung punched him in the arms, a light shade of pink tinting his cheeks. "Follow me." The man said and began to walk. The two boys followed him until they reached a black car outside the airport. A man took their luggage taking it to the trunk while the guy they had followed opened the door for them. They looked at each other before getting in. The driver headed to his side and got in starting the car.

"You are already checked in the hotel, we didn't know you would bring a friend along but I'll fix that." The man drove off to their hotel. 

"Wow the company is very nice." Taehyung said. 

"Yeah." Jimin glared, there was something way more to this, and he was going to find out what. Jimin and Taehyung stared out the window taking in Los Angeles beautiful view. 

Soon after the car came to a stop in front of the hotel. The car door opened and they stepped out. The driver lead them up to their room, two other man behind them with Jimin and Taehyung's luggage.

"Alright we are here." The man stops in front of their door and opens it allowing the two boys to walk in. "I'll come back in a couple hours to pick you up and take you to the company and meet the CEO." The man informed, setting down their stuff and leaving. Once everyone was gone the duo dropped into their beds.

"Tae we are gonna have to start looking for apartments, ugh this is to tiring." Jimin whines causing Taehyung to giggle.

"Just get some sleep so you are not this grumpy meeting our new boss." Taehyung chuckled walking to unpack some of his things.

Jimin sighed. He never wanted Taehyung to remember the men that broke him, the men that left him. He never wanted to see Taehyung almost lose his life again because of Jung Hoseok, and they were going to see him very soon.

The two boys were in the elevator to the top floor, where Hoseok's office was. 

"I'm so nervous Jimine." Taehyung bit his lip whispering to the elder, hoping the lady that was taking them up to see the CEO would not hear. Jimin wanted nothing more than just turn the elevator around and take Taehyung away from this company but Jimin knew, even if he never wanted this, that Taehyung would remember. 

"You'll be amazing Tae." Jimin gave his friend a small smile. The elevator finally came to a stop, both boys shaking for totally different reasons. The lady knocked and Jimin sighed at Hoseok's all too familiar voice. 

"Come in." The lady opened the door moving aside to let the two boys in. The CEO had his back to Taehyung and Jimin, looking out the window. It took all of Jimin's self control to not jump over the desk and kill Hoseok right there and then. 

"So you are my new assis-" Hoseok began, but was cut off when he turned around, coming face to face with Taehyung and Jimin. Hoseok's expression fell, eyes widen and frozen in place. The man that he left 4 years ago, the man that he loved and still loves with all of his heart and soul was standing right in front of him. Taehyung dyed his hair blond and there was a scar on his forehead being hidden by his hair, but Hoseok could never forget Taehyung face.

"Tae-" 

"Mr. Jung it's very nice to finally meet you." Jimin slightly bowed interrupting Hoseok's call. The older of the three looked at Jimin confused, but then at Taehyung even more confused. 

"I'm Kim Taehyung, your new assistant. It's nice to finally meet you." Taehyung smiled at his new boss. Jimin stared at the elder giving him the 'don't say a thing, I'll explain later' glare. 

"And I'm Park Jimin, I came here along with Taehyung to seek a job here, if you giv-" Jimin began. 

"Y-You're hired. You both can start tomorrow, Mr. Park come see me as soon as you arrive so we can talk." Hoseok said turning around once again, not able to control his emotions. His hands shook and eyes watered. Oh how he's missed Taehyung. No matter how much times he gotten with other people to make him forget he never could.

Jimin and Taehyung walked out, when they saw a woman walking towards Hoseok's office. She worked here, for sure, but what she was wearing was not office appropriate. Her skirt was short, if she bent over her ass would fall out and her button up shirt was not to buttoned, and wow how can someone walk in heels that high. The woman smiled at the boys as she walked passed them and into Hoseok's office, closing the door behind her. Taehyung glared at the girl, he didn't like her already and the ache in his chest was getting worse. He didn't know why and it was bothering him. Jimin huffed rolling his eyes.

"Is that the slut Hoseok left Taehyung for." Jimin mumbled, disgusted.

"Huh?" Taehyung asked as they stepped into the elevator.

"Oh n-nothing." He shook his head. Pressing the 'lobby' button. "How are you feeling?" Jimin asked concerned.

"Excited, but hyung the ache is back, I don't like it." Taehyung pouted. Jimin sighed knowing very well why.

"Too much excitement, you need fresh air." Jimin said stepping out of the elevator. The two boys walk towards the door when:

"Jimin?!" someone calls. Jimin stops and turns to come face to face with Min Yoongi. 

"Taehyung? what are you guys doing here?" Yoongi asks confused but excited. Taehyung looks at Jimin confused then at Yoongi.

"Do I know you?" Taehyung asks Yoongi, who then looked at Jimin equally as confused. 

"Ah m-me and Yoongi are friends, I've uh talked a lot about you to him, right hyung." Jimin looked at Yoongi. The older boy catching on but still confused. 

"Uhh yeah yeah, it's nice to
meet you." Yoongi smiled.

"Nice to meet you too." Taehyung smiled. "Hyung why did you never tell me about him?" Taehyung asked Jimin. 

"Uh um well..." Jimin blushed not knowing what to say and Yoongi looking at him made him nervous, oh how he missed Min Yoongi. Taehyung soon understood, he smirked and looked between the two.

"I'm going to get some air, I'll wait out here hyung." Taehyung threw him a wink before leaving. When Taehyung was gone Yoongi turned to Jimin. 

"Jimin what is going on? What does he mean who am I?!" Yoongi asked. Jimin scratched the back of his neck and sighed. 

"Four years ago w-when Hoseok felt, Taehyung was in an accident. We thought h- he wasn't going to make it." his eyes watered. "But he did. The doctors explained that Taehyung suffered from memory loss. He doesn't remember Hoseok or you, or anything that happened the two years prior from the accident." Jimin told the elder. Yoongi eyes widen and looked outside at Taehyung taking pictures of LA. 

"Why are you guys here then?" 

"That's what I want to know. Taehyung was happy he didn't remember about the heartbreak Hoseok caused him when he left, we all agreed to never speak of him again, but Taehyung got a call saying he was hired as the CEO's assistant and he took it, I couldn't let him come by himself." Jimin informed. 

"Jimin, Taehyung was going to remember sooner or later."

"I know I just hoped he didn't." Jimin sighed.
