20 Solution
December 23rd
I stood in front of the main door inside Neverland with a travel bag in my hands. It wasn't very heavy, I just had clothes packed for 3 days. But these 3 days would feel so much longer without Michael.
He stood next to me as I was telling him over and over again how sorry I was for leaving over Christmas.
"Susan...it's really ok. I wouldn't feel good knowing that you disappointed your family for staying here. And I know what a risk it would be if they knew we were together, believe me even the closest people can make mistakes and tell someone. Come here, we'll have 5 days after you come back, and we are going to make them beautiful." He hugged me and I lay my head on his chest. 5 days after Christmas he would have to embark on tour.
The car outside honked. "I gotta go baby" I sighed and stroked down his arms. "Merry Christmas, from the bottom of my heart Michael" I kissed him.
"Merry Christmas honey" He smiled and I saw that he had to blink so I wouldn't see his tears. "Call me, ok?"
"Yes for sure, every damn hour" I laughed and kissed him. Then he opened the door for me and helped me put my bag into the car. I waved out of the window until Bill, Michaels driver, turned the car around a corner and I couldn't see him anymore. I looked out of the window and sighed deeply.
"Are you alright?" Bill asked me with a warm voice.
"Yeah, sure" I tried to sound all happy, but my voice broke. After some minutes Bill suddenly stopped the Jeep. We were somewhere out in the valley on a lonely street.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"There's some car following us, take a look" He rolled the window next to me down.
"Who could that be?" I asked and got a little worried. Did somebody wait in front of the gate and was stalking me now?
"Guess who" Bill chuckled and stepped out of the car, opening the door for me. I jumped out and saw that the car behind us had stopped as well. A door opened and a man stepped out – Michael! I run towards him and nearly jumped at him.
"What are you doing?" I giggled and held him so close. "I was just trying to get over our goodbye"
"Oh baby" Michael chuckled. "I had an idea...well Karen had an idea" Karen was his makeup assistant and I saw she was sitting in the car that Michael had come with.
"I'll tell you later, or ... I'll show you" He smirked and pushed me back into the car with Bill and was sitting next to me. Bill drove us to a hotel in Los Angeles that was in the area where my family lived. It wasn't an expensive one at all, just so nobody would expect Michael to be there.
We had a room and all went inside without being noticed, because Michael wore a scarf around half his face. Then, Michael and Karen went into the bathroom and I was told to get comfortable and wait.
After nearly an hour Michael came out of the bathroom again and he looked completely different! Karen had transformed him into a different person! I burst out in laughter and covered my mouth.
"Is that really you?" I smirked and run my fingers through his straightened hair.
"Hello, I am Mike" Michael said and shook my hand.
"I can't believe it, this is brilliant" I let out in a whisper while touching his hair.
"Now I can come and celebrate Christmas with you and your family and they will never know that it was me" He winked. I didn't know what to say, so I just wrapped my arms around his chest and hugged him. We found a solution, and I was so happy because I knew it meant a lot to Michael.
We were running late, so we quickly went outside to the car agin. Michael sat in the Jeep and I took my place in the passenger seat.
"First time I see you drive" I smiled as Michael put his seat belt on.
"Uh, that's not true, I drove the karts at Neverland with you before" He smirked as he turned the key around, starting the car.
I grinned nervously. "Well...I hope you can drive this car better than those ones"
"Oh sush" He laughed and started driving. The whole time I wasn't even paying attention to the road, I was just looking at him. He looked like a handsome, Caucasian guy with straight hair and strangely...he looked a little bit like a hippie. I grinned at the thought.
"Hey, right here, that's our house" I said and Michael parked the car in the driveway.
Well, he tried. He couldn't park for dear life.
"Let me help you" I chuckled and we switched seats. "So... are you nervous to meet my family?"
"Very ready." Michael smiled widely and I rang the doorbell.
"Suuusan, welcome home baby" My mom opened and hugged me. "And who's this young man?" She asked and looked at Michael.
"Hey mom, this is Mike. He's a friend I met at work" I said.
"Hello Mrs. Carter" Michael shook her hand with a wide smirk.
"Huh" My mom said and nodded her head. "Mike. It's nice meeting you." She winked at both of us. She clearly knew.
"Wait mom, how do you know?" I asked a little worried.
"Oh baby, I was expecting something like this, I knew you couldn't leave him behind" She laughed. "You're very welcome here...Mike. I hope you can enjoy some time with a normal family like us." She winked at him. "By the way, you look very good like this" She smirked and made a thumbs up.
We had dinner right after that and Mom told Michael a couple embarrassing childhood stories of mine, like that one time I had tried to raise earthworms. Yah...
"Oh and you know what, Susan just took down her Michael Jackson posters a couple of weeks ago." Mom said with a grin.
"MOM! Don't talk about that" I gasped and blushed, how embarrassing! Michael couldn't help but chuckle.
"I don't know why, Mike. She was such a big fan for years" My mom giggled.
"Ok, enough mom" I shook my head and sighed. "Do you have any embarrassing moments Michael – uh, Mike, or is that just me?"
"Uh, let's see... first thing that comes to mind, in 1987 during the bad tour- oh wait, I'm Mike, there was never a bad tour for me" He chuckled. But there was no one of my family here yet except my mother, they would only come the next day, so it was ok.
" So, I had some trouble in the changing room during the show and I forgot to zip up my pants and, gosh, I realized halfway through singing and tried to pull that damn zipper up. I started laughing and barely managed to sing for a while until my zipper was up again."
We all laughed, and I smirked. I had seen that on TV and I damn sure had a VCR of the bad tour, but I wasn't going to tell him that.
After dinner we went into my room and I prepared a mattress on the floor where I would sleep. Of course I wanted to give the bed to Michael, unfortunately I only had a queen sized bed. But as I returned from the bathroom he was lying on the mattress, only wearing his boxers.
"Michael! No, I mean, no Mike!" I giggled and went over to him. "I sleep on the mattress and you take the bed. You are my guest" I pulled the blanket off of his legs so he would stand up. But he didn't move.
"I can sleep on the floor, that's no problem." Michael said and stretched his arms comfortably. "It's perfect, it's your home and it's perfect" He sighed. No, that was not right. I didn't want Michael Jackson to have to sleep on the floor. He had his eyes closed and I bent over him. I started tickling his sides and he jumped. We both started to laugh. I fell on his body and wrapped my arms around his chest.
"Michael, you don't have to sleep on the floor" I whispered and put little kisses on his lips, staring into his dreamy eyes.
"But I want to" He smirked and run his hands down my back. "Come on, what if your mom comes in and sees us like that"
"Right, now get up and hop in bed. I take the mattress" But Michael just turned around and lay on his stomach, wrapping his arms around the mattress. "I'm staying" He giggled.
I sat on his butt and pressed my fingertips into his sides and tickled him, making him squeal underneath me. "Get up now baby or I have to use harsh measures" I warned and tickled around his neck.
"hahaha Susan, stop please" He laughed and pressed his face into the pillow to muffle his sounds.
"fine" I rolled my eyes. I started to massage his neck and shoulders carefully. "If you really want to sleep on the mattress, I'm gonna spoil you a little, ok?" I smiled and he put his head in his arms in front of him, letting out a sigh.
"Alright, thank you Susan" He smiled and closed his eyes in comfort. I run my fingers over his tones back and sides and he let out little moans from time to time.
"Uh Susan" Michael suddenly said and wanted to turn around. I sat beside him and he pointed towards his boxers. "I think you gotta stop" He chuckled.
"Or...I gotta start" I raised an eyebrow, smirking, and was just about to pull down his underwear as I heard my mom in front of the door.
"Are you two alright, do you need anything?"
Michael opened his eyes widely and grabbed the bedding, I jumped on my bed and also covered myself with the blanket.
"No, we're alright, thanks mom! Good night!"
"Good night Susan, good night Mike" She said through the door and I heard her walk off. Michael and I both turned out heads towards each other and just shook our heads, trying not to laugh.
"Goodnight baby" Michael said and grabbed my hand.
"Night Michael, I can't wait for tomorrow" I smiled and he rubbed my hand with his thumb. We didn't fall asleep for a long time, just talking about random things and trying not to burst out in laughter. Michael was so excited for tomorrow and I had never seen him this happy before.
