So I've been excited about this book for ages and OMG OMG OMG!!!

So I made notes on some thoughts through reading starting from about 200 pages in and ending around page 500.

So I don't know what happened there...

By the way I no way agree with the Aelin Aedion mates thing anymore it was just that Aelin was talking about their bond and I was like maybe they could be mates but now thinking about it you know how Aelin and Rowen can just look at each other and know what the other is thinking? That makes me think differently

So I also wrote down a few quotes while I was at it.

"She was the heir of fire. She was fire, and light, and ash, and embers. She was Aelin fireheart and she bowed to no one and nothing."

"It helps no one and nothing to look back. We can only go on."

"Let's go rattle the stars."

So I think this was probably my favourite book so far in the series, I mean, it was absolutely amazing!

There were part in heir of fire that I didn't like so much (like the Chaol and Aedion parts which I feel I didn't really take in too well) which I realise was necessary, but this book, there wasn't a moment I was bored, there wasn't a moment I would have changed it was amazing!

So I went into this book a Chaolena shipper, really not at all believing that Chaolena would be endgame but still
Shipping them.

And as you can tell it didn't stay that way

I didn't decide right that I was gonna start shipping rowelin when they started getting cutsey, but I was just being drawn further and further away from them and by a quarter of the way though the book it didn't feel right.

So just saying when we first met Rowan in heir of fire I hated him! I was like Rowan she's not gonna shift leave her alone I wanna go back to the castle and now by the end of the book I loved their friendship, but I never really saw them as lovers, I mean, I see what your getting at but I just didn't see them as anything more than friends.

Oh how I was wrong.

I was starting to ship it before Rowan was even back in the book, through all her missing him and that's actually how I started shipping chaolena, I mean, I was a celorian shipper until like half way though heir of fire.

So I don't drawl on in summery I'm now a very strong rowelin shipper

To whatever end

So Aedion and Aelin reunion was one of the most beautiful and funny and emotional scenes ever. It was just tgebind between them that even after 10 years they were still so close and it was just too cute.

I'm not even going in any sort of order here but Sam!oh my gods Sam! Im not gonna lie I was in tears when she went to see him and put stones on his grave. Also I really love the stones thing.

Arobynn, when he put that ring on Aelins finger and I realised it was there my heart just stopped and I was just like cut it off, cut off her finger is you have to just get it off!!!

But it was a fake!

You put me through all that stress for a fake!!!

Also Lysandra she is now one of of my favourite characters... Along with my other 20 million favourite characters...

I kinda with we got to see more of Evangeline, but then again she's 11 and I prefer her to be safe and not in the book that in the book more and dead.

But when Lysandra turned into the (was it a shadow leapord my memory's that bad) I was just like OH MY GODS TOU GO GIRL YPU RIP OUT THEIR THROATS!!!

also Alein and Lysandra friendship is the best. I just love how they're not enimies anymore... Like Alein and Sam...

WHY IS EVEEYTHING SO EMOTIONAL!!!!

that final battle!!!I was completely paralysed reading it (that's why there was no notes) I mean my mind was just like OH MY GIDS DINT DIE DORIAN DONT DIE ROWAN DONT DIE OMG AEKIN DORIAN WHY AELIN DONT DIE AEDION DONT DIE CHAOLS DEAD WHAT NO DONT DIE STOP DYING I DONT WANT YOU TO DIE!!!

I aware if anyone tried to disturb me.

I was barly conscious that I was reading I just had this vivis scene in my head if Dorian and Alein joining hands and shattering the castle and the wall of Glass and all that

So there was some of my thoughts!!!
