Jordan's POV

It was over. The transformation was over. I lost my fish tail, and Gained tons of fur, fangs, claws, and a wolf tail. I could no longer breathe or swim. I was a Werewolf. I tapped Bethany on her shoulder and she screamed, causing me to growl. "I'm sorry! I'm really sorry! Do you need to breathe?" I nodded and she pulled me up to the surface. I barked something in return, but she had no idea what it meant. "Thank you! I'm sorry I don't know why this is happening!" I growled. It only caused her to back away even more. "What are you saying? I don't understand! You know I can't translate dogs, only fish!" She squeaked. Isaac tapped me on my shoulder and I swerved around, causing him to flinch. "Woah, WHAT? Jordan is that you?" He asked. I nodded and looked up. It was a faded full moon. Early enough so I could see it, but late enough for it to be faded. But why was I transforming now and not any other moons? Or have I not remembered until now? "That definitely explains it." Cierra nodded. "Explains what?" I snorted. "Uh, I dunno what that means, but it explains why you sleep attack yourself!" She began to back away. I sleep attack myself? I looked at my arm and saw a big scar. "WHEN DID I GET THAT?!" I howled. "Oh my gosh what is wrong with him?" Kyara gasped. "Is he ok?!" Addie shivered. "He's always had that scar, ever since last month... which was a full moon!" Bethany said. "Jordan, do you know how long this has happened?" I shook my head. "Did you pass out when you entered the cave?" Bethany said with a worried look on her face. I hesitated but slowly nodded my head. "Oh my gosh... the theory was right..." Bethany mumbled under her breath, as if she didn't want me to hear, but my hearing was increased, allowing me to hear like a wolf. I whimpered and she glanced up at me. "If not all the conditions are right, the person who wandered in the cave will black out..." She recalled. "You've been a werewolf this whole time, and you didn't bother to tell us?" She frowned. "What?! I didn't even know!" I growled. "Don't you growl at me! We're siblings!" "Well I feel the same way about you and you being a mermaid!" I barked. "Who else has secrets they wanna share?!" Bethany shouted. "I like Isaac." Kyara said. She looked at Isaac and swam away like nothing happened. "Wha? That's not what I meant." Bethany turned back to Jordan. "Listen, You shouldn't have any excuse. Were you gonna turn into bubbles when YOU confessed? Or was that us?" She snapped. "I'm telling you I didn't know!" I sneered. "Oh what else are you, a BIRD?" She gritted her teeth. "I SAID I DIDNT KNOW!" I clawed my nose and slashed at her. She screamed and I paused. My anger was being controlled by it... Its all coming back to me... The bite... The bite has came back to haunt me... I remembered it all now, when I was 5 years old, I had walked up to a wolf and it bit me. I was scarred that day, and I forgot about it for years... the sleep attacking... the headache... the black-out and mood swings... It was all because of a little wolf. A stupid... little... puny... wolf! I howled and reverted back to merman. Everyone gasped at me and I shivered. Everyone looked relived except for Bethany. "Listen, I can explain-" "I DONT WANNA HEAR IT!" She shouted. I felt my nose. It had a huge scratch on it, and I could tell why she was so mad. Whenever my nose itched, It meant somebody was gonna die. It was a joke, but not in this case. Bethany turned away from me and swam off. I frowned and Isaac patted me on the back. "It's alright. She'll get over it." He responded. "Yeah, sure." I mumbled. It seems we all have our own Secrets...
