Jeon Jungkook IV

ɪ ᴋɴᴏᴄᴋᴇᴅ ᴏɴ ᴛʜᴇ ᴅᴏᴏʀ ᴛᴡɪᴄᴇ, checking the room number again so that I wouldn't embarrass myself. Within a few seconds, the door flung open while I crossed my arms, looking at the jerk who just hung up on me.

"Wow! You look..." His perverted eyes travelled down my body frame, "Amazing."

He brought his eyes back to mine as I could clearly see the disappointment in his fake smile. Obviously, it was all because I was just wearing a black-ripped jeans and a white sweater because of the cold weather outside.

On the other hand, he wore an expensive American suit, perfectly matched with his well-groomed hair. Now that I have studied him, he looked like one of the Disney's Prince Charming, unlike this morning which he resembled a mafia boss.

"I can see that you're not impressed at all." I beamed him a fake smile as I brushed past through him and scanned the whole room. Smells of cigarette. Yuck.

Before I can proceed anything, he pulled out a chair at the dining table. I walked over and sat on it as he pushed the chair carefully. He then took the seat in front of me as his smile never wavered. Why was he acting like a gentleman when I already knew his bastard self?

"I hope you will enjoy your dinner, Ms. Jinhee." He smiled inwardly and raised his wine, waiting for mine. I reached for the glass of clear water and clunked it with his. Again, he seemed disappointed when I didn't touch the wine.

"Seems like it's your first time having dinner with a high school girl." I teased before I took a small bite of the freshly half-cooked beef.

"It is." He chuckled.

"And..." He glanced up to meet my eyes. "I hope to at least hear Ms. Jinhee calls me 'oppa' for tonight." He winked, giving me a teasing look. I almost scoffed but quickly replaced it with a small laugh.

"Why do you think I would call you 'oppa' when you couldn't even be a good 'hyung' to your lil brother, Mr. Jiyong?" I mocked him with a raised brow.

His eyes widened for a fraction of second before he recomposed himself. He took the napkin, wiped his lips, then leaned his chin on his propped intertwined hands. His lips formed into an amused one.

"We're not brothers." He stated.

Now, it was my turn to choke on my food as I patted my chest. Jiyong quickly grabbed the glass of water for me. I took it and gulped it down. When I savored the liquid, then I came to realise that he was actually giving me the glass of wine.

I snapped up and met his entertained expression. "You did it on purpose, didn't you?" I glared at him as I grabbed my own drink and sipped it quickly to calm myself down. He smirked again, totally amused by my reactions. This guy is so sly. I have to put my guard up.

"What do you mean you guys are not brothers?" I asked straight to the point with an annoyed face now.

"Different mothers." He simply answered, his gaze never left mine. I could never explain how uncomfortable Jeon Jiyong was making me feel.

"Even so, it didn't mean you can involve him in your drug activities. Jungkook is a nice and a sweet guy. Just because you're his half-brother, it doesn't give you the right to use him for your dirty business." I said earnestly as I glared into his teasing eyes.

"For your information, Jinhee-ah," Jiyong held his head up a little, showing his sharp jaw. "I didn't force him. He was the one who wanted to help me. In fact, he's willing to." He slowly explained.

Again, I was perplexed at the new information. Did Jungkook lie to me? I frowned at the thought as I crossed my arms. Jiyong was smirking at me again. Why did he keep looking at me that way? I narrowed my eyes at him, wanting nothing but to wipe that sadistic smirk off.

I blinked once, twice, and suddenly he looked breathtaking with the loyal smile plastered on his pink lips.

"Did you just drop your formality with me?" I asked, it was supposed to sound like I was angry, but oddly, my voice came out husky as if I was trying to flirt with him. But I wasn't usually like this? I felt something weird, like a sudden adrenaline kicked in and completely controlling my body.

"My tongue slips, I'm sorry Ms. Jinhee." He bowed down a little, but his smirk was still there. For some reason, he looked stunning that I was mesmerized by his presence.

"Oh ya," I snapped my fingers as I remembered something. I grabbed a Victoria Secret's bag and handed it over to him.

"The lingerie that you asked for." I winked at him. Jiyong looked at it and laughed contagiously. I laughed along with him even though there was nothing funny about it.

He stood up from his chair and walked towards me. "Would you like to dance with me?" He bowed and extended his hand to me when the slow music started playing.

Instead of putting my hand over his, I found myself marched at him and hugged his stoned-hard body that he chuckled at my sudden action.

"Hmmm, you smell nice, Jiyong oppa." I inhaled his whole scent. I knew something was wrong with me but I couldn't care less. I just wanted to dance to the music with the prince in front of me.

"Oppa, how can you be this handsome?" I kept caressing his cheeks and sharp jaw as he looked down at me, smiling while showing his perfect-lined teeth.

"Aw Jinhee, I never knew you can be so cute when you're on drugs." He chuckled softly, then he spun me around and caught me perfectly.

"What do you mean that I'm on drugs? I didn't take any." I laughed cheerfully. Every step that I took, it was light but heavy at the same time. At times, I found my knees became anemic. When I lost my balance, Jiyong oppa would catch me again.

He picked me up bridal style and put me on the king-sized bed. I groaned in frustration when I felt my body was like on fire. It was so hot and uncomfortable.

"Oppa! It's so hot. Can I just take this off?" My hand found its way to grab my sweater and to pull it off but to my dismay, my bracelet got caught on the threads of the sweater. I groaned again.

"Would you like some help, Jinhee?"

I frowned at Jiyong oppa as he slowly walked towards me to help. He looked amused while staring at me. His smile was just so cute with the high cheekbones, and he looked sexy too.

How can someone look like that? I feel like I'm falling for him even more.

Suddenly, a knock was heard on the door. I looked at Jiyong oppa confused yet still struggling with my clothes while Jiyong oppa stopped helping me, wearing an annoyed face, taking his steps to the door.

"Hyung, where is Jinhee?" I took the courage to ask the man standing before me with fury in his eyes as soon as he saw me standing in front of the hotel room.

He scoffed and glared at me with much hatred. He was about to close the door but I managed to stop the door from closing.

"I saw her coming here. Don't touch her, hyung. She's my friend." I looked at him sternly as my voice came out strong.

He stared at me with piercing eyes before he turned back and walked into the room, letting the door wide open for me to come in.

I stepped inside, inhaling sharply. Then, I was startled to see someone jumping on the bed like a child, but I was more surprised to see that it was Jinhee noona. The once calm and beautiful noona giggling like a child, as if it was her first time meeting a bed. With such action, there could only be one explanation.

"Did you drug her, hyung?!" I exclaimed angrily. I never raised my voice at my brother, but this time he went overboard that I couldn't seem to put up with his crazy brain anymore.

"Isn't she cute? Ecstasy works best on girls." He sat on the soft-looking couch as he lighted up a cigarette and looked up at me with a raised eyebrow.

"She's just a high school girl, for God's sake." I sighed heavily as I looked back at Jinhee, still hypher on her drugs.

"That's what you get when you sold off my secret to her." His mouth quirked up into a dark smirk. It always feared me whenever he did that.

"I'm warning you, hyung. Don't you ever dare to touch my friends again or else I will make sure your Black Organization will be destroyed." I told him off, but he just rolled my eyes at me.

"Jinhee noona." I called Jinhee but she never listened.

"Jinhee noona, it's me, Jungkook." I tried again, and this time she listened as she stopped jumping and faced me with her knees down on the bed.

"Jiyong oppa, who is this?" She asked cutely to Jiyong while Jiyong just chuckled at her.

"I'm Jungkook, Jinhee noona." I tried to convince her but she looked reluctant that she shook her head repeatedly.

"Jinhee noona, come to me." My voice was no longer soft. I was afraid that the longer she was here, the more danger will come. I didn't know what my brother was up to but he always ended up causing harm to people.

"Jungkook oppa?"

I was taken aback when she called me that my heart skipped a beat. She looked at me as if she remembered something. Then she scooted nearer to me and looped her arm around my neck.

"I miss you, oppa." She smiled cheekily. Oh god, can you not be so cute noona? I might die not in Jiyong's hand, but because of your cuteness.

With that, I picked her up bridal-style. I looked at Jiyong hyung one last glance before I stepped out of the hotel room.

I have no idea where to bring Jinhee noona. Not my house, of course. I remembered her apartment, but I didn't know her password. I thought of Taehyung but if I was not mistaken, he said he had plans with his family tonight.

How about shortie hyung?

I struggled to fish out my phone while holding Jinhee noona.

"Wahh, Jungkook oppa look so handsome. I didn't know that you're always this handsome." I found myself blushing at her compliment. She touched my cheeks then she pulled it. She played with my hair while her eyes twinkled with amazement.

"But I'm not your oppa," I blurted out as now I was supporting her with one hand, while the other hand I tried to contact Jimin. Then I put the phone up to my ear and pressed it against my shoulder.

"You're not my oppa?" She frowned, and ever so slowly, I saw her eyes getting teary. Immediately, I panicked and felt bad for crushing her hopes down.

"No, no, what are you saying? Of course, I'm your oppa, Jinhee." I said and tried my best to give her a smile. I didn't know why I felt so nervous for dropping the 'noona'. It felt like I just committed an unforgivable sin.

A wide smile crept out on her lips before she said, "If you're my oppa, then can I kiss you?"

My body stiffened at her words. She couldn't be serious right? I laughed it off but the next thing I knew, I felt her warm lips on mine for a brief second.

"Gotcha." She giggled happily, throwing her head back while swinging her legs back and forth that I needed to fix the way I held her.

"Hello?" I heard Jimin called but I was still in awe as to what had just happened.

"Jungkook-ah, what's wrong?" He asked again.

"Hyung! Are you free right now? Your parents in?" I panicked as I just thought of what I did. Taehyung wouldn't be mad at me, right?

"Yes I'm free and my parents are outstation. Who is that?" He asked as soon as Jinhee called me oppa again.

"It's Jinhee. I will go to your house now." I struggled again when Jinhee took the phone.

"Hello? Are you a bad person?" She asked randomly. I saw a taxi and quickly waved my hand. Gladly, the taxi stopped. I brought her into the car as she can't stop hugging me.

"What the hell happened to her, dude?" I asked as soon as Jungkook arrived at my house. He looked so tired. I went to take Jinhee from his hold and quickly placed her gently on a bed. She looked uncomfortable as she kept shifting around.

"Hyung, it was my fault." Jungkook sat on the couch, avoiding meeting my eyes.

"Just tell me what happen." I sighed and sat on the couch in front of him.

"It was my brother. He drugged Jinhee noona."

"What?!" I exclaimed in surprise. I felt myself clenching my fists at the thought of that. "Why did he do that?"

"Jinhee knew about his drug activities, so she tried to confront him. She said she will help me. Aish, I shouldn't get her involved in the first place..." I heard Jungkook sighed heavily.

"I'm so sorry, hyung..." Hearing his voice, I knew that he was close to crying. I walked towards him and patted his back.

"It's okay, I will take care of Jinhee. You should go home and take a rest." I gave him a hug. "It's not your fault, Jungkook. Don't think too much, alright?" He hugged me back and nodded.

Once Jungkook had left, I went to check on Jinhee. She had a hard time struggling on the bed, maybe the drug still worked on her.

"Are you okay, Jinhee?" I walked towards her, surprisingly nervous. Jinhee sat up and suddenly she cried out loudly.

"Hey, hey, what's wrong? Are you hurt?" I asked her in panic. I never seen this side of Jinhee before. She was always calm and cheerful. And now in front of me was a child-like Jinhee throwing her tantrum.

"Jungkook lied to me." She sobbed while wiping her tears using her sleeves.

"Jinhee-ah, there must be a reason behind it. Jungkook isn't the type that would tell lies. We can ask him tomorrow, but for now let's go to sleep, okay?" I convinced her, hoping she would calm down. She nodded and looked at me, then she cried again.

"Jinhee, what's wrong?" I scooted nearer to her and brushed her tears away.

"I don't know why but I feel like I need to hug someone but I hate this feeling." She covered her face with her long sleeves in frustration while hiccuping.

A few seconds later, I found myself embracing her because I didn't like to see tears in her eyes. She became quiet and she tightened the hug.

"I like your smell, Jiminie." She whispered with her eyes closed. I couldn't help but smile at her. I was planning to apologize to Taehyung and tell him that I didn't mean about the fight. But now, Jinhee just made it even harder to do so. This feeling was so foreign, yet it was not.

It was as if bringing me back to the memories of being in the warmth of Mia, and I loved it.
