A portal opens up in the middle of a neighborhood late at night as Red Death comes to a haltHe quickly looks around confused about his surroundings as he questions himself.

'(Where the hell am I?..)

Coincidentally a newspaper flies past him as he grabs it and reads the title to himself as it says 'The Flash returns after 6 months of missing', his eyes dart to the date as his helmet retracts revealing his face

"God dammit."

Out of frustration he crumples up the newspaper and tosses it aside and taps his wrist as a hologram of Gideon appears in front of him

Gideon: Hello Damian *looks around* oh. this doesn't seem like your apartment

"Yeah, that's only half of it, I chased down XS and followed her through the speed force but I ended up here *gestures around* I don't know what she's planning but it can't be good especially if it involves time travel"

Gideon: According to my records it appears to be that you have arrived at the year, 2019. 30 years from now precisely. What do you plan on doing, Damian. Once you find XS?

You could tell she was genuinely worried about Damian, the way she looked at his. She truly did care for him despite being an AI; she did have sentience. She had emotions

"I'm gonna knock her out and bring her back to where she belongs. Maybe break a few of her bones along the way, I mean Gideon she could screw up the timeline! And probably make things worse than they already are. Someone has to be held responsible. Someone has to make sure she doesn't Screw up and break time itself"

Damian knew the consequences of time travel, he knew that if you changed a significant event it could alter everything from someone not being born to the world not even existing in the future. Even the smallest shift in the space time continuum could result into something very bad. And of course out of all people, it had to be XS; the inexperienced idiotic rookie hero.

"Gideon have there been any changes to the timeline since her arrival to this time period?"

Gideon stays quiet for a few seconds as she replies back with an answer

Gideon: Currently yet. Right now there is a satellite falling from the sky, the Flash had originally destroyed it but...

"But what?. Gideon what happened?"

Gideon: There was someone else. Someone who helped him destroy the satellite which may have caused a temporal shift within the timeline.

She pulls up a video of the Flash running up a building with someone else behind him, a yellow and purple lightning trial as the two jump up into the air as they punch the satellite with a sonic punch, destroying the satellite in the process.

All Damian can do is just stand there dumbfounded by what just occurred. Why would she do that? The Flash had it completely handled. What purpose did it to serve to punch a satellite with him? What alternatives motives were there to do such a thing?

He pulled himself together and took a long deep breath. He had to focus on finding XS and find out why out of all the possible time periods she could've gone to. Why this one in particular?

"Gideon could you track XS's current location?"

Gideon: Of course. One moment. Location found, she is currently at a football stadium not that far from here would you like the coordinates, Damian?

"Yes please.."

A map pings her location as he dawns his Red Death helmet once again as his body sparks with red and black lightning as he runs to go after her..

XS stood in the middle of an empty football stadium as she nervously paced back and forth contemplating what's she just did. This wasn't supposed to happen, but she couldn't help herself. She wanted to do the right thing and help the Flash out

She was so caught in her own thoughts she failed to hear the sudden *WHOOSH* as Red Death suddenly appeared in front of her as she yelped out in fear but her small moment of fear was replaced by a glare towards her 'arch enemy'

XS:What are you doing here?

Red Death scoffed and replied back with the same tone

"What am I doing here? YOU traveled here not me, I only followed you so that you wouldn't fuck anything up"

He shows her the video of her and the Flash destroying the satellite

"Do you have any idea what you just did?"

She confidently walks up to him and tells him

XS: I helped save Central City, my home

Damian mentally facepalms himself...

"So, what you punched a satellite? The Flash had that covered he didn't need your help, not only did you get involved but you also caused a temporal shift. And if you knew anything about time travel then you'd know changing something like this can have drastic changes to the timeline!"

She shook her head in denial. Why should she even trust him? Or as a matter of fact even be talking to someone who's the son of the Reverse Flash?...

As XS turns around to run off, Red Death appears in front of her once again

"Nuh uh this ends now, I don't know why your here but you've already done enough"

XS:Get out of my way..

But he doesn't budge in the slightest as he stands his ground against her

XS: I said get out of my way!

She throws a punch towards him as he sidesteps her easily dodging her attempted hit as she spins around to kick him but he grabs her leg and throws her to the ground

"You really want to do this?"

She stands back up and gets into a fighting pose as Red Death just stands there, already knowing the answer to his question

Red Death: *Thoughts*'(Fine. She wants to fight? I'll give her one to remember for the rest of her life...)'

The two stand a good distance from each other as the two glare at the other, her eyes spark with purple and orange lightning as she makes the first move and runs forward, Red Death does the same.

The two clash in the middle of the football stadium as XS reels back her fist to land a hit only for Red Death to do a flip over her at the last second and kick her in the back as she stumbles a bit, before she has a chance to react she's met with a punch across her face followed by Red Death throwing an uppercut towards the hero.

But he doesn't stop there as he holds out his hand and blasts her back with red lightning as she is sent flying back and rolls across the grass fields.

XS:H-how did you--

Infuriated by this she grits her teeth and quickly gets back up to attack Red Death only for her to be grabbed by the throat and gets body slammed into the ground.

Yet he doesn't stop there as he grabs her and spins her around at insane speeds and tosses her into a nearby wall, he quickly runs in and pins her by lifting her up and off the ground single handedly with what looks like no effort whatsoever

"Not fast enough, XS"

She catches him off by surprise and knees him in the stomach causing him to drop her as she starts to get him some hits in herself with a left and right as she gets ready to kick him; Red Death phases through it and charges up his fist with red and black lightning and hits her back by jumping up into the air as his fist connects right dead onto her face

XS moves her hand to her lips as she looks down seeing blood on her white and purple gloves, she wipes it off focusing back on the fight in front of her

"Had enough?"

But she shakes her head determined to stop him once and for all

XS:Not even close.

She starts to run around in a circular motion as Red Death calmly stands there as XS hurls a bolt of lightning right at Red Death.

 Ladies and gentlemen what happens next truly speaks volumes

Without any hesitation he runs in and catches her purple mixed orange lightning bolt as he does a front flip and throws it right back at her.

Her own lightning bolt hits hard as she yells out in pain as she falls to her knees as Red Death suddenly appears in front of her and cracks his knuckles, as they light up with the negative speedforce, he starts to hit XS with a left and right, again and again. He forcefully makes her stand up only to get spin kicked in the face as her own blood comes out of her mouth and hits the very ground they stand on.

But oh no..it doesn't even end there..no no..Red Death brings her head down as it connects with his knee, he reels back his fist and punches her again and again at super speeds. Her blood covering his fists as he grabs and stares right dead in her face

"We've been at this a long time, you and I. But I'm always one step ahead, XS.or should I say. Nora West-Allen"

Her eyes widen as she squirms to get free from his grip but due to her current state. She can't.

"That's right I've known your secret identity for a long time. You already know my name, it's only fair I know yours. You hate me for something I didn't even do. You call me a bad guy and yet all of those times we've fought against each other"

He throws Her to the ground and kicks her in the face as she rolls on the ground as Red Death menacingly stands over her with his foot against her neck as he begins to add a bit of pressure as she gasps for air

"I could've killed you so easily. All those times you think you got lucky? That was me letting you escape. Every hit you've ever thrown, every single race we've has. Is because I was holding back. You have no idea what I can do. I can scramble your brains with my hand, I can phase my hand through your heart. Hell if I desperately wanted to."

He removes his foot from her throat as she gasps for air as she slowly begins to crawl away from his. But he simply walks over to her and grabs her by the legs and holds her upside down

"I could erase you from existence itself, make it so you were never even born. Forgotten forever. That's how much power I hold over you, XS"

He summons his dagger as he swiftly brings it down onto her leg as the blade pierces her flesh as she yells out in excruciating pain, he yanks it out and kneels down next to her.

"You'll never be able to beat my. This fight was over before it even began, Nora. I know I'm the son of the Reverse Flash, but I will never ever be like his. That thing that drives him to do anything to ensure he wins. I don't have that in me.I'm not the villain of the story; never have been. You've been so quick so judge"

Red Death's hands spark with lightning as he holds it closely to her case as he sees the fear in her eyes

"You may know my name. But you don't have the slightest clue what I've been through, I hope maybe one day you'll understand. hope that maybe one day you'll learn to trust me."

The lightning fades away as he gets back up and stands over a defeated XS as he reaches into his pocket and tosses something next to her, an elixir of some kind

"That'll heal you. I suggest you make the right decision if not. I'll do more than just stab You in the leg"

And with that he runs off leaving XS all by herself as she stares at the elixir in front of her. And reaches for it.

And all she can think about her complete and utter humiliation against Red Death.
