Matteo's POV

"Back off Malfoy this is you and pansy's fault" I snapped as i rushed her to a bed

"What happened to her dear?" Madam Pomfrey asked

"She was stabbed with something while she was out by the lake please help her" i pleaded

"For someone who's marrying her by force you really seem to care" malfoy said

"Because she's my soulmate and doesn't know it yet, but you on the other hand are worthless because of what you did" i snapped

"What did i do?" He asked

"Kissed pansy" I snapped his eyes went wide

"How" he began

"Listen here malfoy you betrayed her trust, she loved you and trusted you, but both her girlfriend and best friend went behind her back and kissed for what reason and then lied at the game of truth or dare for some odd reason" i snapped

"I had to lie, pansy threatened me to never tell" he said

"Yeah and when has that ever stopped you huh" I snapped

"I didn't mean to hurt her, i love trinity very much, but" he began but i pinned him to the wall

"You clearly didn't love her enough if you kissed her girlfriend while they were dating" i snapped

"Boys if you are going to fight take it elsewhere i have patients in here" Madam Pomfrey said

"No were done Draco was just leaving" I said

"No, I'm staying by her side" Draco said

"She doesn't or won't want you to be the first person she sees when she wakes" I snapped

"Yeah like your her first choice either" He said

"Just leave Malfoy, she thought you were her closest friend and she feels betrayed by both you and pansy, she was causing herself pain out there while she was trying to force back the shift, she wanted to feel pain more than what you caused so just go" i said

He nodded and with that he was gone, i sat down beside her not wanting to leave her side, but what she didn't know is what i knew. I knew something she didn't and i couldn't tell her, she had to feel it and see it on her own according to what i was told. And usually females only feel it when they want to or when they don't have it blocked, but she hates me right now. So she's blocking the feelings she knows she has for me, but that's a story for later because right now i need to focus on her, my fiancé and her health. I can't lose her not when I've just gotten to her and how her parents knew I'm not sure, but they did and this is it, what happens if she's hurt again. What if I'm not there to stop it or save her from that pain that her parents are causing her, they hurt her even in death. And now she thinks shes evil, what am i going to do to fix that, how do you help someone through seeing their dead parents who still hurt them. Beats me, but I just hope she'll let me in now that she doesn't have Draco or pansy, even if that's bad thinking i just want what's best for her and I just want to help her. I know she probably won't want my help, but I'll still try, suddenly a hand was placed on my shoulder causing me to look up and see Snape standing there.

"You can't be by her side all day Mr. Riddle you still have classes to attend" he said

"Sir i know this, but i can't do with knowing she's hurt in here alone what if she wakes to no one beside her" i said

"I know that look all too well, have you told her?, does she feel it?" He asked

I looked back at trinity and shook my head knowing full well she didn't know nor did she feel it yet, but she will and hopefully soon.

"No sir she doesn't know or feel it yet" i said

"She will just wait, I'll write a note for your classes you stay by her side" he said

"Thanks professor" I said

"Don't thank me yet Mr. Riddle" he said and with that he was gone

I looked back down at her, brushing a stray hair from her face as she lay there lifeless and unmoving it pained me, but i knew she was alive. I felt it, she wasn't gone and that's all the motivation i needed to stay by her side, although i doubt tomorrow Snape will be as lenient with classes as he was today. He knows what she means to me, but how i have no clue, but maybe he's had someone before, you never see him smile anymore than when he was young according to father. That's beside the point, I've never seen him happy before in my life, but he's different with trinity very lenient and understanding with her, but why i wasn't sure. I began to feel tired so i rest my head on her bedside and began to fall asleep with worry in my mind, all i could think of was if she'd be alright.
