he's been super off whenever we facetime, and we had a huge argument over text yesterday.
i tried to ask him if he was okay about the lunch, and he just freaked out.

it was fine before, we talked normally, until he asked me when the lunch with dylan was again. which, when he asked me that, i knew he was still overthinking the whole thing.

i told him it was on thursday, which is now tomorrow, and then asked him if he was okay, to which he just insisted that he was "fine" repeatedly. when i told him i wasn't convinced, i could tell he was starting to get frustrated, and he finally told me that he still had an issue with the situation.

he told me his problem was with dylan and the possibility of dylan still having feelings for me, which i've told him a million times that it doesn't matter, because, as i've even told you both, i'm completely over him and happy with harry.

harry's clearly not hearing me properly.
in the middle of the argument, he asked to change the subject, which is pointless, that doesn't fix anything, and all he's doing is avoiding the inevitable fact that we have to eventually communicate about it and work this whole thing out.

i was so frustrated that i just couldn't argue with him anymore, and i stopped texting him.
this whole thing just made me wonder if he actually trusts me, because he repeatedly reassured me that he was okay with it, but he really wasn't happy at all. instead of talking to me properly, he completely shut off and internalised everything.

i hate that he's making me feel guilty for this.
i shouldn't feel guilty at all.

there would be an issue if there were feelings reciprocated on both sides and if there was an intention to cheat, but considering the fact that this is genuinely an innocent lunch, you really shouldn't feel guilty.
