location:
i think it would need to be kind of close to boston for convenience for aurora because most performing arts things are in big cities

landmarks:
- st michael's church - in the town centre, where the ansons first arrived. the infamous (haunted?) graveyard is attached to this church. i imagine this to be an old church, probably freezing cold inside with stained glass windows for dramatic effect. aurora and clover definitely went to sunday school here.

- delaney liquor store - the delaneys live in the suburbs, but they just got the cheapest space to rent possible for their store, which is in a pretty run down part of felicity valley, close to where samantha lives bc she is much more willing to get stabbed walking to her apartment than to pay an extortionate price for rent.

- felicity valley ice arena - the ice rink aurora trains at, and will later probably work at as a coach (she will go on to coach figure skating and gymnastics). pretty good chance brendon plays ice hockey because he just seems like the type (i know a guy who plays ice hockey and he's awful).

- felicity valley gymnastics club - the gymnastics club aurora and mae are a part of. aurora will go on to buy it when the owner retires and run her own club as owner and coach.
