Y'know, if Gilbert tried to kill himself (yet failed) I could imagine Elizabeta stomping over to him, looking pissed beyond belief. She'd probably look ready to hit him, heck, Chris and/or Rod might have been trying to hold her back. Yet, when she breaks free of the two, she doesn't punch Gil or anything. She throws her arms around him and asks one question before she starts sobbing into his chest.
