Chapter 10
Eve took the bus the following day, making a beeline to his usual seat in homeroom with his bag taking up the empty seat beside him.
He had chosen to wear a glittery gray shirt and a knee length skirt with a pair of black ankle boots to "show off" his legs. It was an uncomfortable assemble that Venice had written down on a piece of paper.
"Can I sit here?" a familiar voice said.
Eve turned, his crush standing rather close while flashing a thousand kilowatt smile.
Eve could feel himself stammer, "Er, eh. Yeah?" he said, quickly removing his pack from the seat beside him, the chair immediately occupied by Evan's large frame.
"So how's your morning been?" he said, opening his textbook.
Eve fiddled with the edge of his notebook, "Uneventful really," he murmured with a shy smile.
Evan grinned, "It won't be that way for long. There's an event going on tonight that I can't wait to show you."
Eve chuckled, "Are you asking me out on a date?"
Evan smirked, "It would seem so."
******
Eve felt rather jittery the rest of his day, self consciously touching his styled pixie hair.
He finally asked you on a date, Eve thought, smiling to himself as his eyes drifted over the math equations on the whiteboard.
Plop.
Eve blinked, glancing at the carefully folded piece of white notebook paper, black writing hastily scribbled over it.
Are you on crack?
Eve glanced upwards, his eyes meeting Adam's blue ones.
"What?" he said, "I've been trying to get your attention and you've been stuck in the clouds while grinning like a Cheshire cat."
Eve blushed, "Eh. Heh. Sorry. I just been thinking about something that happened."
Adam arched a brow, "And what may that be?"
"Evan asked me out on a date," he said, biting his lip while he looked at Adam's reaction.
Adam was quiet for a moment, a strange emotion in his blue gaze. It was fleeting, quickly replaced by a large smile, "That's great!"
Eve grinned, "Yeah. He says it's a surprise."
Adam tilted his head, "You need back up. Usually surprises tend to come with uncomfortable circumstances."
Eve shook his head, "I'm good."
Adam nodded before a frowned appeared on his features, "Does this mean this little charade is over?"
Eve bit his lip, "No. Not yet. I want him to see me for who I am before judging me for my sex."
Adam frowned but he never did get the chance to speak when the teacher called him out to pay attention.
Don't worry Eve, he thought to himself, his mind quickly succumbing to the scientific formulas.

Coming home, Eve immediately went to prepare himself for the night. After his shower he made sure to style his hair into the cute pixie hair style that exposed his ears in a fae like way. A blue dress hiding his false figure, the bra making to provide a realistic curvature to his chest and the tight panties keeping his man goods hidden. He glanced in the mirror, his blue hidden beneath the grey eye shadow and dark mascara.
"You look good," Adam said from the doorway. Eve turned to look at him, arms crossed over his chest, his body leaning against the door frame. He expected to at least see a smile on his friend's face, instead, he saw nothing but a poker face.
"What are you doing here?" Eve said, clasping his cousin's old silver necklace that matched the antique silver and blue bracelet on his wrist.
Adam shrugged, "I thought I'd see you off. Do you know where you're going?"
Eve shook his head, "No but Evan seemed very excited about it."
Adam frowned, "How do you know he won't kidnap or kill you."
A snicker left his lips, "Really Adam? Evan doesn't seem capable of doing such thing." Adam seemed to protest but a soft ring of the door bell cut him off. Eve grinned, "That's Evan. Just to stay away out of sight will you? I don't want him getting the wrong idea," he said and grabbed his small purse before going down the steps to open the front door.
Evan's handsome features lit up with a smile, the evening sky providing a dark cloak on Evan's green shirt and dark jeans, "Hey," he said, his eyes raking down Eve's body, "Damn.
Blood rush towards his cheeks, "Something wrong?"
Evan rubbed his lower lip with his thumb, "Nah. You look hot." He raised hand showing his car keys, "You ready?"
Eve nodded clutching his purse, "Yeah, we're we headed?"
Light glistened in his eyes, "Oh man. This place is so awesome. You're going to love it."
He could only smile, but the foreboding feeling inside his chest provided him no comfort.
*********
Music blared, the pulse of pop lyrics echoing through the woods. Several cars were parked at the edge of the green foliage, the smoke of the fire rising above the tips of the trees.
"What is this place?" Eve asked when he stepped out of Evans car.
Evan grinned, "It's a party. Exclusive by invitation only to those who know what a party is truly supposed to be."
Eve frowned, "But I didn't get an invitation."
Evan pulled out an envelope from his pocket, "I did and you're my plus one." He already started to regret coming here. He didn't know how to party. Sure he went to one but half the time he didn't even know what was going one. Evan's hand pulled him towards the fire, teenager lingering around the flames with red cups in their hands, other inhaling smoke from a strange contraption, their pupils dilated.
He began to feel uncomfortable at the sight of drugs being passed from one hand to another, "Evan," he said, "I want to go home."
Evan chuckled, "Come on Eve. I know you would want to have some fun," he grabbed a red cup from one of the trucks that were offering a variety of alcoholic beverages and shoved into Eve's hand, "Here drink some of this it'll help you loosen up a bit."
Eve looked at the frothy liquid inside his cup. Should he? He came here for a reason and that was to be with Evan. His eyes meet a pair of green orbs who were looking at him rather expectantly. Eve took a deep breath and tilted the rim towards his lips, letting the bubbly liquid slip into his mouth, the bubbles tickling his throat.
And for the second time, he got drunk.
The drinks kept coming and he kept drinking, his mind clouding, his vision swirling.
"Evan," Eve slurred as he stared into the dancing flames, the ridges of the edge of the truck digging into his back, "Why did you bring me here?" Evan laughed and wrapped his arm around Eve's shoulders and pulled him close to his body. Eve felt his body grow hot at the touch, a certain part of his anatomy stirring. He didn't care, Evan was touching him!
"Let's just say that I like you Eve," he murmured, his green eyes staring into his own.
Warmth touched his cheeks, his eyes wandering over Evan's lips, "You do?"
Evan nodded, his fingers tilting Eve's chin upwards, his blue eyes wandering to Eve's lips.
The kiss was slow, Evan's tongue caressing Eve's strawberry flavored lip. He could his heart thud rapidly inside his chest at the thought of having his first with no other than Evan. A soft noise came from the back of Eve's throat, urging Evan for more. A low groan left Evan's lips before pressing them further against Eve's.
He lost himself. He didn't even notice when he clutched Evan's shirt, the feel of his large warm hand on his smooth thigh, slowing moving upwards.
Eve should've pulled back.
But like the first maiden who took a bite of the forbidden fruit, Eve couldn't stop his drunken self. Instead, he foolishly let Evan get a good feel of Eve's hardening length.
Evan pulled away, his eyes wide with horror, "What the fuck?"
