84. Paradoxical
Writer's block is a funny phrase,
Your mind is in a gloomy daze,
Bouncing ideas fill your head,
Yet there are no words to give chase.
The pen over paper doesn't move,
The fingers cannot find their groove,
The screen is blank, papers you shred,
Yet to yourself you have to prove.
You doodle, you scribble, you scrawl,
Useless words over pages sprawl,
Suddenly there is a faint thread,
And a story begins to crawl.
Strange it is that a writer's block,
Would require writing to unlock.
